A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located near the airport

We were received by the most friendly waiter/ clark. Although we were a bit late they prepared a lovely meal for us. Some local wine and a nice tiramisu tasted fantastic.

It was a very good, classic Italian breakfast.

Ospitalità, camere e pizza stupenda

Overall, it’s a good option for early flights, with a comfortable shuttle service, a nice restaurant, and a pleasant room

We absolutely loved this place, with so much history, and in the same time perfectly accommodating my family of four. The beds were the most comfortable beds ever. The hotel is a 1500 old mansion with gives a glimpse into history of Italy. Amazing. I loved it. The best thing we deeply appreciated was bottles of water at the arrival in the room for free. This is such rarity we saw in the hotels we stayed in our Europe Tour. Thank you for everything.

Ryanair was late landing ;we had to get a train and not knowing the location within the town we had to walk in the rain as there were no taxis. It was some distance from the station. The hotelier came to find us in his car and took us to the hotel which was very kind

All facilities are good, the breakfast was good, the staff was super nice, it was super clean and they had a fridge with cold beverages which came very handy arriving late after a delayed flight. It is close to the airport and a great choice for before/after a flight.

I cannot thank the team at Joia Hotel & Luxury Apartments RTA enough. After being left stranded in the middle of the night due to a severe overbooking error by a major hotel chain in Bergamo, Joia Hotel saved my trip. As the CEO of an engineering company, I arrived late at night under immense stress, and the reception handled everything with absolute professionalism. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, the system accepted our payment immediately, and the apartments were modern, spotlessly clean, and provided the perfect high standard. Thanks to their efficiency, I was able to rest properly after a logistical nightmare. They turned a stressful night into a seamless, secure experience. Highly recommen

Convenient to Bergamo airport, which was the purpose of our stay. Only 20 minutes drive. We had the family suite and it was very spacious and spotless. It had a lovely hot tub in the room too, much to our daughter’s surprise! We had an early start and were able to order breakfast to the room. Fabulous restaurant across the road.

Very lovely hotel staff are very helpful

Convenient location, less than 10 minutes drive from Bergamo airport; very quiet room which was also spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast with plenty of savoury and sweet options. A shuttle bus to an from the airport can also be booked at an additional cost of 5 Euros per person. Overall great value gor money.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Roma 30 in Bergamo and would happily stay here again! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We checked in at around 2:00 AM, and the late check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, we were also surprised with a lovely welcome gift, which made our stay even more special. 🥰 They were also kind enough to allow us a late check-out, which was a huge bonus and very much appreciated. Our room was cleaned every single day, and the towels were replaced daily too—which really impressed us! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and both the bed linens and towels felt like high-quality cotton. The bathroom was well-equipped with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, so we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to come back to after a full day of exploring Bergamo and the surrounding areas. Breakfast was also excellent, especially the fresh orange juice! While they don't cook made-to-order omelettes or similar hot dishes, the breakfast selection was still delicious and satisfying. The location is very convenient, especially if you're renting a car. If you're using public transport, the nearest bus stop is about a 13-minute walk away. The only downside is that the buses don't always arrive on time—but that's hardly the hotel's fault! There are also convenient stores, restaurants, a nail salon, a barber shop, and a church all within walking distance. Overall, Hotel Roma 30 exceeded our expectations. The outstanding hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches made our honeymoon stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!
