From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. We were warmly welcomed by Matteo, whose friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Lorenzo took great care in parking our car and ensuring our luggage was promptly delivered to our room, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. Diego was exceptional, greeting us every morning with a big smile that ensured our days started on a positive note. His culinary skills shone brightly during dinner, where he prepared a dessert that was truly exceptional and delicious. Ivan was an integral part of our dining experience, both at breakfast and dinner. His preparation of the lobster with pasta was simply mouthwatering, leaving us eagerly anticipating each meal. These four individuals are the heart of La Villa Del Re. Their laughter, care, and dedication created an atmosphere of joy and relaxation that truly enhanced our vacation. Each of them contributed to making our stay more enjoyable, turning moments into cherished memories. The entire staff at La Villa Del Re provided amazing services, showcasing a commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. Great breakfast - Angela and Telemaco looked after us so well. Short easy walk to a very quiet beach. The sky at night was incredible. If you want to relax and get away from it all I highly recommend Tenuta Feraxi.

Our host Michele was wonderful and organized an early check in when we changed plans and came way earlier than foreseen. The room and bathroom were absolutely clean and we felt very comfortable. There is a lovely big garden to relax in. Michele gave us the most detailed advice for beaches and kiosks on the beaches, warned us where they were no kiosks on some beaches and advised lovely restaurants (all in perfect German). Lots of restaurants and shops are within minutes of walking to the hotel. Copying the location from booking itself into one’s navigation is recommended as Google seems to have trouble finding the right spot. We booked higher priced apartments and boutique hotels in other places on our Sardinian tour but Costa di rei was our preferred spot of the island and this hotel was at the top of our preference! We want to return and recommend to friends for sure.
