Everything was nice (actually exceeded our expectations). Even though our stay was a bit off-season and in the middle of the week the very kind staff did an excellent job of making us feel very welcome. At least during the off-season there aren't that many services near by, but you can find nice restaurants etc. only a couple of minutes drive away. For us this was a skiing trip and turns out the lift from Rastello (about a 10 minute drive) was perfect and took us directly up to the slopes of Artesina/Prato Nevoso.

The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. The location is great as the hotel is in a quiet small town, 10 minutes away from Prato Nevoso.
