Location is easy to reach, with a private parking space which is very convenient. Room and common spaces were clean and comfortable. There is a small restaurant run by the owners with local, fresh products and nice wine selection. The owners are fantastic, warm and kind people who will welcome you and recommend places to visit. It is a place I would like to come back one day! Mille grazie!

Peaceful and great service, very kind people

I recently stayed at Villa Margherita and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the experience. The hotel boasts a spectacular location right by the sea, making it an idyllic spot for a relaxing getaway. Just a short drive from Livorno, it’s easy to find with ample parking—a real plus for road trippers. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff at both the reception and restaurant were incredibly attentive and service oriented, making us feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and inviting, striking the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. 🍷 The on-site restaurant deserves a special mention: the food and wine were exceptional, showcasing delicious local flavors with impeccable presentation. Whether you’re a gourmet traveler or simply appreciate good dining, you won’t be disappointed. 🧼 The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and every detail seems thoughtfully curated. But the real showstopper? The seawater pool. With its magnificent view of the coastline, it’s the kind of place where you can lose track of time and just soak up the serenity. If you’re looking for a charming, well-run spot on the Tuscan coast, Villa Margherita is a top choice. We left feeling refreshed, spoiled, and already planning our next visit.

Great location, good pool and sauna

Perfect location, walking distance to the sea, restaurants, shops, train station. Excelent breakfast, with variety of choice. Nice clean room, hotel well maintained, friendly staff.

The hotel was in a quiet area with beautiful views of the ocean. The restaurant was amazing with a sun terrace to watch the sunset.

We arrived very late, the gentleman greeted us with grace. He even went to their duster hotel to get us drinks. Breakfast was fantastic, meats,cheese, fruits, braless and fantastic pastry from the family bakery. I cannot fault this hotel and am only sorry we didn't stay longer.

Staff was great, everything was clean just a bit dated, but also great value and so close to the ocean and good food!!

The complimentary breakfast was a beautiful spread of cakes and tartes made by the owner, plus all the fixings for a delicious European breakfast. Cappuccinos made to order by the kind and attentive owner himself. It was a tranquil setting with quiet operatic music played in the breakfast room, marvellous art work around, and conversation of poetry and philosophy. Welcoming, attentive and generous hosts, it had the warmth of a home. A gem of a place to find amongst the often sterile hotel environments whilst travelling. Highly recommended.

Nice, clean with friendly staff. Everything functional.

Simple, no luxury, but clean, very practicle, close to the highway and to the seaside with nice bara and restaurants, big parking area, great staff.

I stayed only for one night of a business trip (September). Since I was on a very variable schedule, I had to be continuously in contact with the reception in terms of my arrival time - they were always available and very supportive (even though I arrived an hour after the maximum check in time). The hotel is on an excellent location by the sea, which offers the opportunity to walk - we walked on 7 am. Amazing breakfast. The most important is the excellent building of the hotel - we actually reffered to it with my colleagues as "the mansion".
