Amazing location! It was very clean and rooms were spacious. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great location - the hotel is in the center of the village, opposite a wonderful lake and mountains. Private beach across the road, good breakfasts. I was impressed by the excellent restaurant right by the water, high level of service and taste and presentation of dishes for lunch and evening. Beautiful old town where you can walk in the evening. A great place for people who want to enjoy a quiet holiday, nature, Italian atmosphere and beauty. We plan to come again more than once, not far from Zurich. We were completely delighted.

Very clean, parking availability, proximity to cafes and restaurants, walking distance from Feriolo beach. We got a free upgrade to a better room! Thank you!

Amazing location, right at the Orta Lake! Fantastic dinner, breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. Top quality service!! The owner was always present and very-very service-orientated and generous with the guests. This will be certainly our regular place from now on. Beautiful combination of mountains, palm trees, lake and fantastic Italian cuisine!! Fantastic for apero, as well.

A lovely central clean place with a super friendly front desk

The rooms were very clean, well equipped and beautiful. The hosts were nice to us, very well intentioned. You can park in the garden, 10 euro per day. The breakfast was very good, served in the garden, good food. :)

The second time at this hotel. Everything is absolutely exceptional. We really appreciate the comfort, the unique staff and the atmosphere of hotel. From our point of view, you get much more than you have paid. We will come back! Thanks to everyone at Sant Anna.
