L'hotel è in pieno centro, vicino a ristoranti e bar e alla piazza principale. I ragazzi dello staff sono precisi e gentilissimi ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Colazione buona e abbondante.

Easy parking. Ate at the hotel restaurant twice for supper. Good service and a nice side salad. They cooked my octopus properly. Made to order coffee at breakfast. Superior continental breakfast with lots of fresh fruit choices. Walking trail that I did not discover in time at least a half mile long in one direction. Nice small pool and hot tub. Quiet while we were there, but it could get noisy at the pool if there's a lot of people. Pleasant family run business with friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was perfect! We originally booked this hotel at a very low price just to spend a few hours before our flight, but we ended up arriving much earlier and were very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, with a balcony overlooking a lovely courtyard, the staff were extremely friendly, and the whole place smelled nice. We even had the chance to take a walk around the area – it’s beautiful, with picturesque views, fields with animals, and it felt both safe and pleasant. There is parking near the hotel, plenty of places to eat nearby, and a large supermarket about 300 meters away. The hotel really has everything you need, everything was spotless, and the bed was cozy and comfortable. We were so happy to have spent more time here than we originally planned – it was a wonderful ending to our trip. Thank you!

The food was amazing, fantastic range of foods to choose from. The staff were attentive and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent value. In the bar all the items were priced which avoided any misunderstandings. The beds were large and comfortable.

Great decor all around and brilliant breakfast. Kids really enjoyed it!

The hotel, the mountains, the proximity to Città Alta, the breakfast, the staff etc. was marvelous.

Super friendly service, clean comfortable rooms, very affordable

The staff was super friendly. Food was great. House wine is a must.

Perfect and very kind staff. Room had everything what we needed. Perfect breakfast, not only croasant.

Hotel molto bello e pulito, personale super gentile e disponibile sia per la camera che per la giornata in piscina, super consigliato

The hotel is modern and very nice which is something for Italy that doesn’t have so many modern hotels in general. The room was clean, the spa facilities are nice and staff is very friendly.

Everything. Staff, location, room, atmosphere.

I’ve returned to this boutique hotel in Bergamo for the third time, and every stay reminds me why I keep coming back. The rooms are spotless—truly spotless—and immaculately maintained. Each one has its own distinctive design, making every visit feel like a small discovery. Breakfast is another highlight. Despite the hotel’s intimate size, the morning spread is impressively generous and exceptionally well curated. It strikes that perfect balance between quality and variety, and it never feels rushed or routine. But the greatest asset of this hotel is undeniably its staff, and especially Francesco. At check-in, his colleagues immediately recognized me and warmly mentioned that they remembered how, during my second visit, they couldn’t offer me my favorite room. This time, they made sure it was ready for me as a gesture of appreciation. It’s the kind of personal touch that transforms a stay from pleasant to unforgettable. This hotel doesn’t just offer comfort—it offers genuine care. And that’s why it has earned my loyalty yet again.

Good location, very central. Nice stuff and clean room.

A comfortable, beautiful room with a very comfortable mattress and pillows for a fluffy sleep. Good location in the center for a great walk around the city. Bergamo is a very beautiful a town on the spring time

We loved the room, the spa, the food, the people, the restaurant, the massage.

The four star property was extremely clean and well cared for and the rooms were bigger than expected, spacious and have balconies.

Quiet and clean rooms, check-in service up to 00:00. Available private parking, you can choose between 2 available offer: free -on the floor on open air, or 2€ per day on 1 st floor sheltered space. Breakfast with good selection of food.

We stayed on December 25 which is a difficult day for dinner in Italy. Thanks to Gianluigi who found us a perfect dinner location we actually went to Bergamo. If not for him we would not have gone. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The room was nice and breakfast delicious.

Everything! Perfect place kid and helpful people 💙

Me and my partner booked this very last minute and very late at night as we had some issues with our flight being delayed. We had such a warm welcome and all staff were so kind. Our room was lovely and breakfast was fantastic. When we looked outside in the morning we didn't realise we were in such a pretty area. Staff were so helpful arranging a taxi for us, as we speak very limited Italian and they went out of their way to help us.

Fantastic localisation in the heart of old town at the top of the City, old building with climate, very nice staff

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful
