This is a beautiful place with the most spacious rooms for the price. It's so stylish and the cleanliness is a perfect 10/10. The ceilings are 4-5 meters high, so the rooms never feel cramped. The whole complex is beautiful including long swimming pool that adds to the atmosphere

Wow what an amazing hotel ! We loved every minute of our stay. It’s a family run hotel and they were so helpful with suggestions of places to go which were fantastic. We had a wonderful view of the beach and marina and could see the sunrise from the bed!! Breakfast was excellent with everything freshly baked ! It’s only half an hour from Lecce and half an hour from Otranto. They suggested going to a swimming place called The 100 steps which was the most beautiful place where we have ever swam! They have a lovely restaurant in the hotel overlooking the sea and the service there was excellent. We have never experienced such friendly people. We had stayed in a hotel in Polignano where they were only interested in telling us about places that cost money to go to, not at all the case in Hotel Romano. We were so sad to leave . We will definitely be back as it’s in the middle of The Salento Peninsula which has amazing beaches. Our room was perfect and you could not hear any sounds from the other rooms. When they showed us the room they apologised that it was small !! It was not small, it was just perfect with a huge balcony. I can’t praise this hotel enough , just wonderful people and wonderful location.

Great pool with bar, not crowdy at all. Free sunbeds any time we've been visiting the pool. Very clean rooms, and good aircondition, maybe even too cold inside, compared to the outside ;-)

A fabulous choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat about 2.8km away from the busy/noisy centre of Otranto. Wonderful pool, super breakfast (with great variety) and brilliant owner & staff. We used (excellent) rented bicycles (thank you Germano!) to explore the beauty of nearby beaches, and enjoyed lovely dinners nearby. When leaving, Fabbio even gave us a lift to the train station which was very kind & greatly appreciated. We loved our stay!

The Masseria is a perfect choice. The location offers you a wonderful Walk distance Beach (Baia Dei Turchi, which is one of the nicest in the region). If you wish to explore other Beaches in Salento, it is also very easy to drive for it without trouble. The Food menus in the night was a Nice surprise, offering a gastronomic immersion on the region tastes. Really recommended. But it you choose, adaptations can also be done to fit all tastes. Finally, i want to share a few words about Valentina. She helped us on all needs we had, and was always open to talk and explain about our curiosities on the region. It was nice to feel we had a friend to learn from in the staff.
