Spacious rooms, clean and modern (while keeping the history of the place alive) facilities overall, very friendly and helpful staff, great food (only had breakfast and dinner once), quiet pool area, lots of privacy, walking proximity to Otranto town. We would definitely book again!

Absolutely stunning place to stay, beautifully appointed and within easy reach of Otranto, not to mention some gorgeous coastal roads, beaches and scenery. Breakfast was fabulous, with a staggering array of Puglian delicacies. Pool spotlessly clean and sparkling in the sunlight. Room was extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated with plenty of space, and the air con kept us cool in the summer heat. We ate a couple of poolside lunches which were very good value, and enjoyed the on-site 3-course dinner very much too. Wines and drinks were very reasonably priced and the service was excellent. I can't think of a thing wrong with this lovely place, except that our stay there was over too soon!

Extremely nicely kept property with beautiful surroundings and view to the ocean. The structure itself is great and out room was super comfortable and and stylish. Breakfast and dining out on terrace was really nice and food is very good. We can highly recommend Masseria Panareo to anyone who would like to explore the southern part of Puglia.

The staff were superb in all respects whether on reception, at breakfast or the rooms team. A good breakfast to start the day. Location perfect. Our room had a city view balcony, perfect for us Car parking good - 10euros per day/night, just a short walk away.

The perfect spot for R&R with a kind and accomodating staff. The first day, they granted us early check-in and we relaxed by their outodor pool area. The room was spacious, well equipped and we slept exceptionally well. The next morning, they granted us late check-out so that we could have time to use their spa. The spa was perfectly indulgent: a warm pool, a cold plunge pool, a sauna, a turkish bath, and a warm and cold foot massage pool. Plus, the woman managing it was kind and caring; preparing for us plates with cookies and fruits.

Great location for a relaxed stay.

Great location for a relaxed stay. If you are after a party town then this is NOT it. But to take some time to wander the old town, enjoy lazy days on the beach, and sample delicious food then highly recommended.

Visited during Easter holidays.

Visited during Easter holidays. We found an interesting mix of old (the historic centre is great!) and new (on Sunday evening there were at least 2 locations with live DJ music where lots of young people were dancing and enjoying the moments while in the morning there was no one in those areas - it was like two opposite faces of the same small town). Thea beaches are sandy with clear turquoise water.

We only stayed in Otranto for a day and a night, and will definitely be coming back! Centro Storico is really nice, and I would like to explore it more thoroughly. The castle is beautiful at night! Otranto would make a perfect location for exploring the southern heel of Puglia.

A comfortable size town to explore on foot. Town, beaches and sea very clean. Host of eateries A place to relax and make return visits. Ideal for young families and adults not looking for nightlife. Restriction of local buses in October onwards.

I spent 11 nights in Otranto and used it to visit many areas...

I spent 11 nights in Otranto and used it to visit many areas in the southern most part of Puglia. It is a beautiful place with the warm Adriatic Sea to cool you down after the exertions of shopping and sight-seeing. Restaurants are plentiful but if I was to select one that we loved, it was Retro Gusto. Getting around Otranto is relatively stress free and if you enjoy people watching, then you are in your element in Otranto.

This is our second time to beautiful Otranto.

This is our second time to beautiful Otranto. It's a gorgeous town, one of our very favorites in Italy. It has a leisurely calm that we find appealing, not to say that there isn't also a nightlife. Our favorite restaurant is Balconcino d"Oriente-exceptional food and great people there. Many like the beaches; we love strolling and enjoying the view and atmosphere of this beautiful and historically-rich town.

A fresh and contemporary small boutique hotel with a quiet beach vibe. The location was exceptional - close to shops, beach, eateries and the castle (more shops and eateries). Breakfast was really good. Staff were very friendly and helpful on all occasions. View across Otranto and the beach and sea view were lovely - was great to have a small outdoor balcony to enjoy the sea breeze. Parking arrangement (off-site) was good with personal guidance to our car park on arrival. Could not fault the service.

Staff is outstanding, going above and beyond to cater any need - Alberta at breakfast was a particular highlight - always brighting each morning with smile and kindness! With the hotel driver and private transport to Otranto and Coco Bay it really felt effortless to commute between the Masseria and surroundings!

Really lovely hotel in a quiet location outside of central Otranto. The apartments were clean and well equipped and the pool area was beautiful. The staff were also friendly and attentive. Breakfast was also great (available for a separate fee)
