Beautifully restored, this place offers modern comforts, a pool surrounded by greenery, and a well-equipped kitchen in each apartment. Mornings start with the sound of roosters and a rich breakfast. Ideally located for exploring the area, it also boasts an exceptional restaurant with delicious, lovingly prepared dishes. A truly memorable stay!

It was in the center and you could directly access the castle.

Great location! mins from the old town and beach. the star of the accommodation was Donato! He exudes joy and positivity and was most helpful and very responsive to queries and requests.

The communication and the accommodation were great.

The location is perfect so close to the beach and the Masseria facilities are exceptional, staff are friendly and evening set course menus changed daily and were very good. Excellent wine list to choose from sldo

Rafael and his mother were welcoming and very friendly. I wished we had planned to stay longer. We will certainly recommend this B&B to our friends and family who travel (and anyone else who asks us about this B&B or at least where to stay in Otranto, Italy.

Clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner is very kind and extremely helpful and caring. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend to all.

his property is absolutely wonderful! It’s located right beside the beach, and the views are nothing short of incredible. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and came with the huge bonus of secure private parking, which made our stay completely stress-free. Giulia was a fantastic host—her communication was amazing, and she made the check-in and check-out process incredibly easy. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend

Loredana is a perfect host. She is very passionate and knowledgeable about Otranto. She gave us a lot of recommendations: what to see, where to eat. Location is very good - 10 min walking to historic center.

We enjoyed the stay so much, stayed early June. It was so quiet, calm and relaxing, with a beautiful surrounding with olive trees garden, birds and swimming pool. I could live there forever 😁

The kitchen was perfect for home cooked meals with everything you need, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was a 10/10. Nice seating outside and delicious fruits growing in the garden. Reaching the centre of Otranto within 5 min (car) and beautiful walks around the area. Thank you, Antonio, for everything!
