Beautifully restored, this place offers modern comforts, a pool surrounded by greenery, and a well-equipped kitchen in each apartment. Mornings start with the sound of roosters and a rich breakfast. Ideally located for exploring the area, it also boasts an exceptional restaurant with delicious, lovingly prepared dishes. A truly memorable stay!

Great location, lovely old building, good outdoor space

Excellent option for staying very central in Otranto but with some space for the kids and with the feeling of being in the countryside. Very good value for money and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Spaces are very well maintained and excellent bar with very friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Super location. Spacious and clean two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Otranto. Very handy and witin walking distance from the city centre and excellent starting point to explore bearby places. The host is professional, kind and helpful. Would definitely recommed it !

We enjoyed the stay so much, stayed early June. It was so quiet, calm and relaxing, with a beautiful surrounding with olive trees garden, birds and swimming pool. I could live there forever 😁

Wonderful. There is no but. We asked for a two bedroom apartment with terrace with a sea view. We got what we asked for. The location was fantastic, 10 minuts walk from the historic cencerte, 5 from a beach, with private parking, in a safe and cozy place. The hosts ....well, there is no words. We love you guys. You were the best. Thank for everything. The HUGE apartment (penthouse) was amazing. The host have us the best information about the beaches around, they were super friendly. This was an amazing experiende. Thanks for your help with the car.

We particularly liked the size of the property with plenty of space and being a couple of kilometers out of Otranto yet only a 5 minute drive to plenty of parking and a Conrad and Eurospin supermarket as well as an easy walk into central Otranto. Nice walks to the sea and rocks and little beaches right out the front of the property. Bicycles available if one wants. Reasonable kitchen to cook in and nice little terrace to sit on.

the host was super friendly, gave much information about places to see, beaches to visit and the best restaurants. Room was very comfortable, easy and spacious parking. very happy!

The apartment was clean and spacious. Had excellent facilities. The location and the view were both amazing - 10 steps to the beach, 5 mins to the old town

Perfect location. Bright large room with all essentials, very clean. Comfy bed. Nice little balcony and communal roof terrace. Very helpful and friendly communication with owner and staff. Continental breakfast included in cafe on the sea front.

The facilities was great in a fully renovated biulding, and the location in center of town could not been better, same with the host Oscar, there met us on time.

Location and building was beautiful

Lovely place for holiday. Apartment was very great for family of four, breakfast delicious by the pool, nice clean pool, great view from apartment. The owners were always there when we needed them. You must have a car is this location as the nearest town is a few minutes drive from apartment

Brand new apartment with the sea view. Ideal location - near the beach, historical city centre. Restaurants, supermarket, excellent bakery nearby. Very clean with all the necessary kitchen appliances. Easy check-in/check-out. Antonio was very attentive to our needs.
