Very good location,close to everything

This property was in a great location, very clean and comfortable & reasonably priced. It is central to the train / bus station and a short walk to town and water front. The manager, Anna Maria was absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. She was very helpful and recommended some great places / beaches to visit. I highly recommend Hotel Pietra Verde!

Excellent location. we had a room with a superb view over the sea with nice balcony. Parking nearby (250 m) for 10 EUR per day. Breakfast was OK.

Beautiful apartments and charming territory with lots of greenery- flower bushes. Perfect pool area with relaxing zone under olive trees and a nice bar. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Manager Andrea is extremely attentive, helpful and guest oriented. We felt ourselves at home.

Beautiful open lush green grounds with a beautiful pool to top it all off, that we were lucky enough to be able to look over from our balcony. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great location only a few minutes walk from the beachfront, restaurants and old town. Parking available onsite. And vegan options for breakfast!! Did I mention the spa which covers the entire basement level….amazing!!

Beaitiful traditional old farm, offering nice commodities. The breakfast was the best we had in the 2 week road trip around southern italy. Cheeses, cold meats, homemade cakes, all wonderful. The property is just outside Otranto, ideal for visiting the town but also for hiking. There is a small pine forest outside, with wellbeing equipment for cardio. Has a nice restaurant and SPA.

We had a fantastic stay very relaxing time of year not too many people around the pool area. Service was brilliant they were very obliging. All you have to do is ask :) lovely breakfast you can get eggs, omelettes bacon etc

I recently stayed at Palazzo Ducale Venturi in Minervino di Lecce, and it was an exceptional experience. The historical charm of the palace is beautifully complemented by modern comforts. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh local produce served in a stunning dining area. The grounds, including the serene courtyard and inviting pool, provided a peaceful retreat. The location is ideal for exploring the picturesque region of Salento, with many hidden gems recommended by the helpful staff. Overall, Palazzo Ducale Venturi offers a unique blend of history, luxury, and excellent service. I highly recommend it for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Cleanliness and friendly staff

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect — peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet only a few kilometers from Otranto. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to experience authentic Italian life, just a bit away from the busy tourist spots. Nonna Tereza and her team are incredible hosts — warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. And the breakfast… wow! Definitely 12/10 — probably the best we’ve ever had, with fresh eggplant dishes, homemade pies, focaccias, and so much more. Everything was delicious and made with love!

This is a very special place to stay. We could have stayed for weeks. We loved the location (super easy for the beach and Otranto centro storico) and the lovely apartments are surrounded by so much green. The apartment we stayed in had wonderful high ceilings, antiques and beautiful Moroccan furniture. Not your average holiday digs. It felt like home and was spotlessly clean. Cotton sheets, huge windows and tasteful decor made it a very special stay. A palpable sense of history of this fantastic estate was so refreshing when so many holiday properties are bland and soulless today. What made our time even happier was the fabulous staff. Benedetto, Marta, Dario and Marco couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Our children loved playing in the lovely gardens and when we return to Otranto we will most definitely book Tenuta Belvedere. This would also be a brilliant place to take several apartments with friends or family and use the communal stunning Moorish style garden verandas for shared meals and drinks. Tenuta Belvedere does not disappoint- a taste of Old Italy in the very best sense. Grazie Mille per un soggiorno splendido!

Staff was incredibly warm (Federica and Dino at check in are amazing), location is great, rich of details, breakfast is so yummy and full of typical products. 100% recommended for 24hrs of relax.

It was a beautiful Place to stay. Very friendly host. The apartment had everything we needed. Breakfast was beautiful with home made cake and fresh fruit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotiday Hotel Otranto, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and the lobby was well maintained. I particularly loved the room where we stayed at.

The hotel is in a quiet location overlooking the lake. The rooms are spacious and very clean. But the highlight is the staff. From the super friendly and competent ladies and gentlemen at reception to the warm ladies serving breakfast, everyone at this hotel is friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Turning into the drive to TENUTA DOROLIVO and driving up to the main building, we thought we were in for a special time and we were not disappointed. Francesco has created a wonderful place to relax on holiday. The rooms are exceptionally well-equipped and Francesco has thought for everything. From the most comfortable bed (with a selection of 3 types of pillows!) to a fridge in the bedroom that does not buzz! It turns out that Francesco does a lot of research and tests everything that he uses for the rooms (the fridge registers low dB and is essentially silent to most ears!). Tasteful decorations, lighting, furnishings, smart tv and bluetooth sound system. The best designed bathroom. Large and comfortable (private) seating areas front and back, and beautiful views over the olive groves. The room was cleaned to a very high standard everyday! Really well-located for visits to many interesting places. We also had a lovely return walk from the door to Otranto, through wonderful countryside and along the river. Breakfast was substantial, with lots of variety and the best cappuccino! It is in a separate building and the atmosphere encourages interactions and discussions with other guests, e.g. sharing ideas for excursions, restaurants etc. Francesco is a wonderfully warm and kind host, who was very helpful from the beginning to end of our stay. It was possible to keep in contact with him easily by WhatsApp and he was very responsive.
