This is a lovely Italian farmhouse (tenuta) and a wonderful place to learn about the history of both the estate and the local area. Part of the farmhouse has been converted into five guest rooms that respect the original structure and are decorated with extraordinary taste. The location is superb—close to the main highway (but not within hearing distance), providing easy access to the most popular nearby attractions. Maria and Franco truly make you feel at home. Would we stay there again? Definitely!

This was probably the best B&B experience I have had. The ensuite room was immaculate, very comfortable. It is very close to the city centre and right by a great supermarket. The hosts were excellent and very welcoming, and considered our dietary requirement and prepared specific food for us, and yes the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and nutritious too. Also private parking is a huge plus as the public roads are packed with cars. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. A highly modern, spacious and comfortable room with its own door access and outdoor seating. Very easy check-in. I booked on the day and was able to arrive and self-check in within hours. Small touches like a drying rack were helpful after a day at the beach. Very timely and direct communication from the host. Perfect if you are exploring the areas many beaches and town of otranto. Easy parking was a plus.

The owners were just wonderful, as warm as your own family would be, we were taken care of the best way we could imagine. Our room was very clean and lovely with comfortable bed and good AC, it was separate from the main house and the other rooms and gave us enough privacy and nice view.

Great location to central city and sightseeing. All walking distances. Parking was luckily available on street outside hotel but assistance given where to park. Maria and Marco very friendly and helpful. The best variety of breakfast options we have had in Italy. Definitely recommend staying here. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable.

Our stay was a wonderful experience! The whole family works at the resort and they were so kind, welcoming, warm, friendly, and helpful that we felt right at home. We took a cooking course one afternoon and it was one of the highlights of our Italy trip. We learned to make typical rustica pizza and 3 different types of pasta. There was a lot of smiling and laughter in a beautiful setting. Food was delicious at breakfast and dinner, made from products produced on their farm. Fresh, homestyle cooking with excellent flavor and high quality, local ingredients. We enjoyed the family feeling and how personal our experience was.

It’s beautiful! Simply beautiful! Rooms are large, well equipped and spotless. The swimming pool is nothing but clean & tempting. The owner Gianluca is at your service at any time. Let’s talk breakfast! The Chef Taziana also deserve 10 stars 🤩🤩 Everything is home made by her. Her paccioto leccese are to die for. Very well located. We enjoyed and would go back without a doubt!
