The big gem is the staff for fure, the ladie at the reception was incredible and super helpful and Carmine at the breakfast was amazing (what an incredible person - greetings from Inês and André). The room was perfect, always clean and they also made us an upgrade to a sea view. AC working fine and its super close to all our needs (grocery shop at the front 5*, bakery at the front, but more to the left - one of the best pizzas that we had and also great restaurants). We couldn't ask for more. Thank you Frassetto

The staff was super friendly and always available to help. The location was very good, and the facilities (including the swimming pool) were absolutely stunning!

Very friendly people. Lovely relaxing communal areas. Very near the bus station. Excellent fresh, savoury breakfast with fresh fruit and pancakes. Great selection for gluten-free, too. We had dinner in their restaurant downstairs, where they gave us 10% off as guests. Pizza's very good, and mine was one of the best gluten-free ones I've ever had.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, everyone is clean, room comfortable & well-kept, location is amazing & close to beautiful Rena Bianca beach with clear turquoise water, as well as close to Santa Theresa Gallura town with many restaurants, stores & amazing gelaterias. Staff was great, especially everyone at reception & Max from bar/restaurant. Pool clean & beautiful, big rooftop terrace (solarium) for chilling in the evenings, everything was great! Hotel helped us with transfer to & from airport, as well to the port for out boat tour, booked a tour for us to la Maddalena island, which was amazing, you can even loan umbrella & beach towels at reception for that tour. Great service!

I loved the private beach area,natural but with everything at hand. The pool area was also comfortable. The selection at breakfast was exceptional and the dinner served at the poolside was memorable.

The location is great, big parking terrain and walking distance from the beach with a great sunset view.

What a lovely surprise this place is! The MOST beautiful location imaginable. The terrace of the hotel is in a charming courtyard looking out to the sea with is own private beach. The rooms are nicely designed and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good, but it’s the experience of being in this special place that we loved.
