+ Very spacious room with everything needed + Very nice garden and pool area + Friendly staff and free parking + The breakfast was fine and offered everything needed

I visited this property 2 weeks back and it was absolutely lovely. We were supposed to check-in at 12 in the afternoon but arrived at 11PM, but the host was very nice she welcomed us with a smile and helped us with the parking and room, since we were going to leave early in the morning she showed us how to use the coffee machine and told us that she would prepare a table for us in the night itself. The breakfast was amazing with way too many items, the rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very nice to us and her little kid was very nice too and the numerous cats just add a very homely feel. I wish I had more time to stay but overall the stay was great. I would totally recommend it.

I heartily recommend it, very helpful and nice owner.

We loved the room and the balcony

The staff was really helpful with everything and kind. The rooms were very well decorated and clean. I will certainly visit this hotel again and recommend it to friends.

Excellent location, right behind St. John's Baptistry and Piazza del Duomo, a few steps away from a number of good restaurants and bars, 10 minutes walk from the train station from where you can take a 45 minutes trip to Florence, should you wish so. The hotel staff were very helpful (thank you, Lorenzo!), room clean and not too small, beds comfortable, air conditioning set at just the right level, breakfast rich with local delicacies and homemade pastries ..., in short, a place to be recommended without hesitation.

Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Charming town centre

Staff 24 hour reception Location

A really exceptional stay at Hotel Patria. The staff were so accommodating, and were able to let me check in early, which I massively appreciated. The breakfast was also one of the best I've had in a hotel. Highly recommend!

The style, the strong shower on the 3d flour ;high clean standards with eco twist. The professional stuff, the walkable distance from the 🚉. The breakfast was fresh, delishes with enough choices.

Great location, the staff are very nice. I had everything I needed as a solo traveler.

A nicely maintained older hotel with truly phenomenal views. We chose this location as a stopover on our way from Livorno, where we arrived by ferry. I highly recommend it, especially in the summer, as the higher altitude brings slightly cooler temperatures. The village is charming and offers pleasant walks. It also has a good restaurant and a small shop. The hotel features a lovely small pool as well. For us, it was a truly positive experience.

Friendly, clean, good food and bar/restaurant

This hotel is truly remarkable, not just another place to stay, but one of a kind. I was absolutely enchanted by it because sometimes it's essential to escape the city and immerse yourself in the serenity of nature, to feel like a part of it. My children were absolutely thrilled with the hotel, as there were various activities tailored just for them! The customer service was outstanding, and the restaurants served delicious food - staff were incredibly kind and exceptionally attentive. The rooms were immaculate and tidy. The surrounding forest is vast, and while we sometimes had to drive to reach another restaurant, we could also explore the area by bike or on foot. We are a family from Armenia, and we will definitely be back! 🇦🇲🇮🇹
