Location The staff was amazing and friendly

Very charming and cozy old- style hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much especially the panoramic view over the lake from the room and restaurant terrace. The owner is very sweet and makes the place feel warm and welcoming.

Owner very friendly and helpful.

I’m so glad I chose Hotel Trasimeno for my stay in Passignano. The location is fantastic! Right across from Lake Trasimeno, in the heart of town, only about a 7–8 minute walk from the train station, close to plenty of restaurants and cafés, and just steps from the ferry to Isola Maggiore. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the hospitality. Aros, the owner, is genuinely one of the sweetest hosts you could ask for. Federica and everyone helping at breakfast were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. And their lovely dog, Aria, adds even more charm to this little family-run hotel! My room was spacious, cleaned every day, and had a lovely balcony where I could sit outside and relax. The complimentary breakfast each morning was wonderful and a great way to start the day. You can really feel the warmth and care that comes with staying at a small family-run hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If you’re visiting Passignano, you can book Hotel Trasimeno without a second thought, the hospitality is truly unmatched.

I liked the room, spacious, nice, comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Bed very nice. I got to change the room and got one other room with view over the lake, it was fantastic. I enjoyed there. Breakfast was good, variable, eggs, different salami and cheese, bread also, really good breakfast. Wifi was good also. The pool was small but it was nice to stay there a little and take a bath because it was not possible to take a bath in the lake due bad water. Only on some places around the lake was possible to swim, but anyway one local said to me to not take a bath there, if I want not to be sick. Pity, it would be nice but, the pool was OK.

Great location, clean and nice room, very nice stuff, beautiful garden. Highly recommended!

Staff were very friendly the hotel was clean and well stocked with essentials. Pool with very clean and it was very quiet.

Charming historic property eclectic labyrinthine rooms very atmospheric and utterly old fashioned and charming

The super friendly staff, the amazing location near beautiful cortona everything was amazing

The room, location, amenities (pool, bar, restaurants) are all individually fantastic, but the main reason I would come here again is the friendly staff. Gianni, the owner, is the man who knows everyone and will assist with anything, he is the main reason I will be coming back in future.

A secluded piece of paradise - this description would perfectly describe Villa di Piazzano. The staff were super nice and kind, the place itself is literally a hidden gem among the hills of Umbria. We spent 3 days at the Villa and really really enjoyed it. The service, the location, the atmosphere - the best! 🤍

The hotel is in a quiet position, there is a large parking lot in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Very clean hotel. We recommend it!
