Lovely room, delicious breakfast

Good breakfast, very clean, service , location close to the station

Beautiful and quiet location, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff were so lovely, always wanting to help. I even had luana, one of the staff, offer to drive me to the station when I had no other options available - a station that’s not close by either! They also have a restaurant on the first floor which is super handy. I couldn’t recommend this stay more.

Everything at Hotel Gemma del Mare was outstanding! Breakfast is amazing. We loved the home made "torta del giorno", the sweets, the fresh fruit, the prosciutto, the cheese, and the many other delicious things that I cannot list here. The space is elegant and comfortable. You can eat in the beautiful bright room inside, or in the perfectly kept garden. The bedrooms are spacious, decorated with care and style. The same style characterizes the whole hotel. The owners are extremely kind and professional. They made our stay even more pleasant. The position is at a walking distance from the beach and at the same time immersed in the green. I could not have asked for a better place. I would recommend it always. I look forward to going back to the Gemma del Mare many many times in the future!!

The staff was extraordinary - very nice and always helpful. Plenty of choice for a breakfast, nice bar for drinks and I love that there were bikes that I could take and go to the sea. Clean rooms!

The hotel is very close to the beach, a minute's walk away. The hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi on the roof terrace. The open buffet breakfast is quite filling. Fresh fruit juice, fresh delicious cakes and a filling breakfast will make you happy. In the evenings, you can have dinner on the romantic garden terrace for 25 euros per person. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Although the hotel prices are quite high because these are holiday resorts in the Tuscany region, the prices of Hotel Residence Villa Marzie are quite reasonable and they provide their customers with services above the 3-star hotel concept. It is a hotel that deserves 4 stars. The staff at the reception are very helpful and smiling, especially CHİARA and ANNİE are super smiling towards the customers and help in every way. I thank them very much because they are the smiling staff of the hotel. For example, if you want to rent a car or a bike, they help in almost every way and try to do their best for the customers.Also, the male staff member who works at the hotel at night, who was originally a lawyer but we learned that he no longer practices his profession, is very helpful and talkative.We wanted to stay at the hotel for 2 more weeks, but after mid-August, there was a holiday and public holiday period in this region for about a month, so the hotel rooms were not available for more days and were full. Reservations had been made in advance and the rooms were full. So we had to book another hotel nearby, regretfully. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a hotel to relax in this region and for its friendly and helpful staff. L'hotel è molto vicino alla spiaggia, a un minuto a piedi. L'hotel dispone di una piscina e di una jacuzzi sulla terrazza panoramica. La colazione a buffet libero è abbastanza soddisfacente. Succhi di frutta fresca, torte fresche e deliziose e un'abbondante colazione vi renderanno felici.

The rooms were super modern and the mattress so comfortable. The staff were exceptionally nice, so-unlike Italian hospitality. They offered us seasonal fruit that we took with us back home. I will definitely come back.

So elegant hotel with very frienly staff

The service, design and the art and the cosy feeling it gave! The staff especially Francesca and Guiseppe were absolutely wonderful! Always went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable! Would come back!

Such a great find in Pietrasanta. The team are amazing and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms are beautiful with everything you may need for the best stay in Pietrasanta. I will for sure be back

Quiet charming castle in middle of small italian village. Absolutly stunning nature, very clean pool and comfy pool chairs and very helpful and warm staff and owners

Lucca and Francesca were so kind and accommodating, from the first contact to the goodbye. The food was excellent and plentiful, staff lovely, facilities exceptional and the whole hotel was fastidiously cleaned and maintained. We had a wonderful holiday.

While we didn't pick the hotel for a particular reason (apart from location) we have been positively surprised by it. Room are 'business standard' (simple furniture, but clean and quite new) but the peak of the hotel is on the staff and the additional services. At check-in staff was kind enough to upgrade us to larger room given we had our little son; then, we had seamless rental service (at low price) for the bikes - which we used all the time to go around; all staff members were extremely polite and friendly to accommodate our requests; last, the dining service was very much above expectations: good rotation of dishes every day, all good flavors and 'light' (from pasta, to meat, to fish) and our 3 years old kid loved every dish prepared for him by the Chef (thank you Chef!). All in all, a very nice 4-day stay
