This family-run hotel is a true gem, located in the heart of the old town just a stone’s throw from the legendary Café Arione. Francethe location is perfect - right in the old town - tucked away 1 row behind so there is no noise. we parked the car right outside the front of our room with a balcony. We have a large dog and that was no problem at all for the hotel. We will definitely come back. Cuneo is beautiful and for us (a family of 7) + the large dog, this hotel was perfect.

Really nice cafes and gelaterias, like Pasticceria Bar Bramardi or Pasticceria Bonfante. A good starting point for the Maritime Alps and Val Maira.

We arrived by train at a beautiful but mostly abandoned train station (unfortunate because it is a beauty!!)
Town is on a surfboard-shaped plateau with beautiful bridges that access it by car or train. I did a walk around the whole plateau and was awe-struck by the beautiful old buildings and surrounding valleys.
Plenty of coffee shops and cafes/restaurants if you don't want to eat at your hotel.
So glad to have made the overnight stop here on our way from Turin to Menton by train.

The place is packed with history walking through main...
The place is packed with history walking through main street put you back in time. Explore the little side streets and having a hard time to decide where to have lunch or dinner.
The weekly street market is something you don't want to miss.
In short ; a city not very well known, but you don't want to miss. (Except for the parking, which is a problem in all old cities)

There is a great range of restaurants, pizzerias, and aperitif bars. The evolution of the cityscape and restoration project work on the centre city buildings are well explained in plaques with EN text. The arcaded streets and hand-laid cobbled streets are a joy.

After a few days of trip, we arrived to casa marvita for take a pausa and rest!...was very agradable, thé room enough big, the beds confortables, thé breakfast good... not far to the centre ...place for the car, all was ok!
We hope we can visit next time cuneo and stay more day ;) see you soon casa marvita

We didn't use the parkng that the hotel offered, instead we found plenty of parking on the streets surrounding the hotel.
The breakfast offering was good, a variety of cakes and toast with jams, cereals, yoghurts. Good coffee and tea on offer.
