The hotel was simply superb, from the staff and accommodation to the exceptional breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and surrounding area right across from the Royal Palace of Savoy and its gardens. This was, by far, the most luxurious, opulent hotel we've ever stayed in, but with a very unpretentious, homey and welcoming feeling. As if you stepped back in time, but with all the modern amenities you could ask for. And Monza in August has just the right number of tourists to be interesting without being crowded. Only downside: we missed the Formula 1 race by a weekend. But all the more reason to return to this quaint Italian city and one-of-a-kind Hotel de la Ville Monza!

Second time I stay at this hotel and second time the restaurant exceeds my expectations! One of the two dishes I had was so good that I asked the maitre'd if they could send me the recipe (I know, I know :D ), but he said the chef is very jealous of his recipes and I can see why. Restaurant aside, the room was very large, nice, and quiet as usual, and EV charging was available in the garage. Couldn't ask for more.

Room was large and airy, well-appointed with comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast provided a wonderful choice of high quality food and was also excellent value. Lounge area next to reception was generous and very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including breakfast staff, reception and cleaning staff. Had a wonderful stay at Garibaldi House in Desio. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything one might need, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is located downtown and it is close to the main amenities of the city. The train station is 15 minutes away walking. The personnel is very kind: it is possible to do the check-in only from 2 PM. I arrived earlier and I asked if it was possible to have the room sooner. The staff was able to give me the room at 11 AM. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is a little far from the center of Milan, but public transport is excellent and cheap, so in 30 minutes you are in the center. It's really worth the value for money. Not to mention that the accommodation is very good, delicious breakfast and helpful staff.
