Breakfast was fitting - good coffee and croissants No cooked option and not needed .ideal location for me . Large room with effective air on on a hot day . Short walk to the station - 30 minutes to the beach.

Soggiorno perfetto! Hotel moderno, molto pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente, facendoci sentire i benvenuti fin dal primo momento. La colazione era ricca, varia e di ottima qualità. Inoltre, la posizione è eccellente: a solo un minuto a piedi dal mare. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e ci tornerei senza esitazione. 10/10!

Great accommodation with clean and very spacious rooms. The breakfast was excellent, and the walk through the Pineta park to the beach was simply exceptional. We can’t wait to return to both the hotel and the beach!

We booked this hotel last minute for one night. Even though we stayed only for a short time, we felt very comfortable and welcomed here. We could stay here with our dog. It was off season so the hotel was quiet and empty. We were allowed to check in earlier than 15:00 because our room was already ready. We parked our car for free in the garage. We could choose our breakfast the day before and it was ready for us on the table in the morning. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Thank you for everything

The hostel is a good and cheap place to stay for a night or two - short driving distance to San Vincenzo, beautiful , local Baratti beach or Piombino. The staff - owners of the hostel , Antonella and Alice, are very helpful and attentive and helped us with the transport as we were travelling without a car.

We absolutely loved our stay, welcoming people, great beach and good food. The room was basic but everything we needed was there. Highly recommended.

We go to San Vincenzo every year for the long weekend of San Giovanni but this time was our most enjoyable visit yet. Lucia made sure that we had everything we needed, everything was so well put together, fully equipped and clean, the staff was attentive and polite, the location and room just excellent, and the sunbeds and wonderful breakfast completed the most beautiful experience to date. If we can’t book Villa Denia next time, then there’s no point in going to San Vincenzo. A new standard has been set 👏
