The location is absolutely beautiful with a unique view of the lake. It’s simple but charming. The staff is very friendly. Diego was very hospitable and attentive; we arrived quite late, and he kindly offered us some drinks and snacks. It was very welcoming and nice. He also gave us walking sticks so we could climb the mountain more safely the next morning, and offered to help if anything happened; we felt safe, a very nice place to visit again. I definitely recommend it to others.

Very friendly people willing to help

Fabulous location overlooking Lake Maggiore, lovely, helpful staff and great food. There is free parking outside (although spaces are limited), and all you have to do is cross the road outside for the footpath around the lake. The ferry landing stage is about a 5 minute walk :-).

Cleanliness, helpful staff, very good range of breakfast. My air con was good and it was close to the town and railway station.

The excellent personel, the location in the mountains, the cleanliness, the parking in front of the hotel, the breakfast. Everything!

The room was large, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We'd love to come back!

Huge property with plenty of space to relax

Cannnero Riviera is beautiful, and the Hotel Cannero has the best location in the town.. Wilst beautiful, Cannero Riviera is somewhat remote, if you travel by rail, as we did. If your train is delayed and you miss the ferry from Locarno , there are not necessarily many buses or taxis available to take you from your arrival point to Cannero Riviera. They promptly provided me with the names of two taxi drivers, and our arrival was seamless. The hotel is beautiful, staff friendly, excursions to the Borromean islands fun, and the restaurant is great

Beautiful setting , amazing spa facilities, room was clean and very comfortable . The bar was also great and i enjoyed chatting to the barman who was very knowledgeable and helpful about the wine

Centrally located, just a few minutes walk to the lake shore where there are lots of restaurants and cafés. Right opposite a supermarket where the hotel has reserved places for hotel guests in underground parking.

Amazing experience! After a long day of hiking we arrived in the cute village of Miglieglia and got immediately enchanted by the Casa San Stefano and it's very welcoming invite. Old, historical building. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and received an upgrade of the room we had booked. Authentic, well-decorated interior. After a very peaceful night, we enjoyed the amazing breakfast with fresh, healthy ingredients and plenty of choice. Would i recommend the place? Definitely!

The hotel is not bad. Breakfast Ok. You must visit this hotel because the view from the balcony is incredible.The staff is very friendly. The room is comfortable and clean.

I am travelling often and was myself in the travelbusiness for many years. This little place of Jean-Carlo and his family is unique and a secret tipp, i loved my stay very much. It is family runn and you feel a great hospitality and very welcome. Pets are welcome also. The rooms are perfectly clean with a nice view and garden in front, the in the price included breakfast is amazing and you get served on table with many home made delicatesses like cheese and cake. Next to the place is a very nice italian Restaurant for dinner and the rooms also do have a fridge and teamaker. There is free parking and the location is great, many hiking routes and beautiful views. Also to mention is the free late check out, which was very helpful. Thank you so much Jean-Carlo and Erika for this memorable stay and your hospitality. We like definitely to come back.

The staff was superfriendly and helpfull!

Breakfast was very good but on the morning when they served Salmon, it wasn't replaced once finished. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. Towels were changed everyday (which isn't really necessary) Enough parking and hotel located on the promenade.
