This place is fabulous......the best place we have stayed in on our months holiday in Italy. These rooms are set amongst a natural forested area on a large property. As you walk onto the property you will be drawn to the stunning view of the coastline as the property is set high up. The owners truly love and care for everything here. The rooms are beautiful. Tastefully decorated, large and roomy with a big, hot shower. There are separate sitting areas outside and a separate breakfast room where you can make coffee or tea or just sit if you want. The owners and staff speak English which is a bonus for us. We were welcomed by Thomasino, one of the owners as we arrived.....even though we apologised for arriving earlier than expected. Thomasino recommended a top restaurant (without top prices) which was just around the corner. Congratulations!!

Nonno Gigi's is 5 Star hotel experience.

Nonno Gigi's is 5 Star hotel experience. We have stayed over 5 times. Clean, modern decor, with an OCEAN VIEW! Bed: The mattress and pillows are orthopaedic and the sheets are high quality and monogramed. Bathrooms: The Bathrooms are 5 star hotel experience - (even the water pressure was amazing). Parking: Safe and ample Restaurants:: Lots of great choices! Kitchen: Offers filtered, refrigerated water dispenser, lots of choices, and great coffee! It is quiet and cared for by a wonderful family, who considers it like their home. You need to include Nonno Gigi's as a overnight rest spot when traveling through Calabria!

The room was very well appointed with really good facilities. The location was great. Right in the middle of Falerna just across from a blue flag beach and within easy walking distance of gelaterias restaurants etc. The promenade in July and August has open air bars etc.
