The staff were very kind and had always a smile. The check-in was very easy, we came late evening. The selection at the breakfast was full with different food and drinks. We tryed the jacuzzi on the rooftop from the hotel. The view and the atmosphere were amazing. The room was also very clean and the infrastructure very modern. When we will come back to Tropea, we will choose this accomendation again and we will recomend our friends.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Very romantic and relaxing atmosphere for our honeymoon. The room had a small swimmingpool inside, and everything felt new, crestive and modern, but also very cozy. The garden had a great swimmingpool with drinks and food available. The staff is extremely helpfull and welcomming. It took 20-30 minutes to walk to the center/beaches, but transport is very easy to arrange both day and night.

Villa Paolo is an absolute dream. We definitely plan to go back!! Everything was flawless. The gardens are beautiful, the view stunning. We love that the villa has a sustainable garden and all the local produce was delicious.

Our stay at Hotel Rocca Della Sena was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Every single member of staff was amazing - warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views that you never get tired of, and everything is just a short, pleasant stroll away - from the historic city centre to the beautiful beach. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The vibe of the place is truly special - calm, stylish, and effortlessly inviting. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection and a lovely setting to start the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Hotel Rocca Della Sena and would absolutely love to return in the future!

This charming little town in southern Italy has some exceptionally beautiful beaches. The people are very hospitable, and there is a wide selection of small hotels and apartments. The restaurants and other services are excellent. June and September are perhaps the best times to visit.

If anybody is thinking of visiting Tropea please get it booked as it’s one of the most outstanding places we’ve ever visited, the people are so friendly and helpful in every way, not only is Tropea absolutely breathtaking but the Food and wine is another level, one of our favourite places we’ve ever visited

Every beach in Tropea has cave systems where you can swim to. Gommone/RIB boat ride will be fun but you can swim with tropical fishes to get there. Since the water is salt water you can float easier than in the lakes. Make sure to bring goggles :) Absolutely beautiful water...almost as clear and emerald as lake superior but with easier beach access than lake superior...much warmer and this Mediterranean sea has fishes to swim with... Foods and drinks are great everywhere in Tropea. N'duja spread is versatile and yummy. N'duja in the jar makes great souvenir. Every thing is open until very late night some until 2am and very safe to walk around with the family at night.

Beautiful Town with great restaurants and good atmosphere, quite upmarket. Plenty of parking, some free some metered, below the town then steps up from the beach. No shuttle transport up the hill from coast level to Town level so be ready for 200 stairs. Good beaches with bars and restaurants.

Tropea is a very beautiful old town, with a stunning historic center. Huge selection of restorants and small shops. Prices are affordable. In the aerea around Tropea, there are plenty of beautiful sandy beaches. Acces to them can be tricky during peak season, and finding parking is often the main issue. We were there at the end of May , and it was still quite manegeble. I recommend trips to Stromboli, Pizzo (Pedigrotta church), Le grotte di Zungri, Capo Vaticano, Scilla...

A great place to visit and relax by the sea. Prices in shops, bars and resturants were a lot less than some of Italy's more popular tourist spots. There is a good range of resturants. People are welcoming, and relaxed.

We have spent the past month travelling around the South of Italy by train and a month in Scandinavia before that. This is one of the best apartments we stayed in. Amanda is a caring and thoughtful host who provided everything we needed. The apartment is spotless, spacious, central, and close to the station, beach, cafes, and restaurants. There is one supermarket open long hours. The many restaurants with fantastic fresh produce made self-catering not necessary for dinner. We loved the area and would like to return.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Graziella our host at the hotel was amazing! She was super friendly, helpful, and made sure that our stay was perfect! We loved the location, in the heart of everything. Tropea was probably our favourite destination in our month long vacation to Italy. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!

Everything … the bed was super comfortable , the best we’ve ever slept in in Italy as they are usually very hard . The owner was amazing , she left us local treats and helped us with transport to local train station . Full kitchen and beach umbrella . We had internal room but so light and extremely good air conditioner ! Thank you

This is a must book if you’re staying in Tropea. Mariano and his staff were so friendly and we absolutely loved the amazing buffet breakfast in the morning. The place is in a perfect location and the room was very clean. One of the best places we have stayed during our trip of Italy, can’t recommend enough.
