My father and I stayed at this hotel in two separate rooms and both rooms were absolutely fine. Clean and homei. The entire building is beautiful, for us travels, it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of fields, and that was the beauty of it. No noise other than the natural noise. Perfect escape. Modern building with aircons,nicely maintained bathrooms, and the garden is absolutely gorgeous! There is a swimming pool also, which is also carefully maintained and looked inviting. The staff is kind and speaks enough English to communicate!

Simple but perfectly adequate accomodation with air con. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Pleasant staff, just sorry I was too tired after a long drive to eat in the restaurant! Good value.

The location is ideal if you're attending events at Villa Manin, which is just a short distance away. Everything was great! It's the 3rd or 4th time I stayed at this location. Very convenient for transit, as it is very close to the highway. Parking in the yard, great breakfast. The host very nice and gentle every time. The room has air conditioning, very important in Italy in the summer as it gets really hot. A great yard when you can enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend it!
