Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, well-kept and clean, with everything you need, spacious and comfortable. The area is quiet and peaceful; you can hear the crickets at night and the birds wake you up in the morning. We were a group of six and had no worries. Rita is a fantastic host, and we stayed in touch the whole time. Thank you, Rita, for your hospitality and for making us feel at home. See you soon

I am not used to this kind of sugary breakfast but it definitely feels right after 10 km run and 200 pushups :) The house is very nice! Clean, smells wreally well. The interior feels warm and cozy. The pool is a great addittion, especially in very hot summer! You won't regret it!!!

Hotel staff were impeccably polite, helpful and kind; they always went above and beyond for us. Location was excellent for some of the best beaches in the south east, and Cagliari is a 20min drive in the other direction. Breakfast was fresh (warm bread, freshly-baked croissants, fresh fruit etc). The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless! We were also able to use the sister hotel’s pool for free (a short drive away) which was a lovely bonus.

Ciao! Thanks for the great vacation! The staff is smiling, kind. Francheska the best! Breakfast coffee perfect. Terrace with a sea view, well-kept yard, swimming pool and very clean rooms! Very good gym! Tennis courts were in the recovery stage.

The location is also perfect, everyday you can reach different beaches within 20-40 min by car and there are many beaches in the south where you can actually watch beautiful sunset in the evening. Also Cagliari is 20 min. by car.

This beautiful, boutique-chic hotel left a lasting impression. The building and rooms are stunning, and we loved the modern feel, beautiful garden, and luxurious ambiance. It was a thoughtful touch to have a kettle in the room, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was also very nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even took care of our forgotten swim costumes until we could pick them up. This was one of the best places we stayed.

The hotel was beautiful and stylish, it is very well taken care of, decorations are in a local style. The property has an amazing garden, which is a pleasure to sit in. The rooms are a bit small, so it's not suitable if you want to spend a lot of time on site. However, if you spend most of the time outside, it's a great hotel to stay in and to enjoy the mornings.

Our stay at Fabrizio’s place was lovely! The host takes good care of his guests, serving Italian breakfast everyday. The place is cozy and well-kept. Close to a bus stop to get to the city, there are sandy beaches right next to the hotel. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for true Italian vibes, silence and deep relaxation!
