Our room was wonderful. The house is located in a peaceful area, within walking distance of the town, which is also very charming. Beautiful beaches are just a 10-minute drive away. Maria prepared delicious homemade cakes for breakfast and always served them with a smile. It is a wonderful place—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to some amazing beaches. Highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast and garden views from the terrace. Very warm welcome from Francesca and her family with very useful local information. Accommodation very clean and comfortable with facilities for making tea and coffee. The location was a bit out of town and from the beach but both of these were easily accessible in ten minutes. Excellent base for exploring the area.

We loved our stay at Buggerru Hugo House! The flat is super comfortable, with spacious rooms, a huge terrace with amazing mountain view and a glimpse of the sea. It has everything you need — a fully equipped kitchen, a giant fridge we’ve never seen in any rental, and a comfy bed with perfect pillows (not too big!). It’s a peaceful, quiet, and wind-free place — a real pleasure and total reset for body and mind. The location is also perfect for boat trips to explore the Grotta Azzurra, Porto Flavia, and all the stunning spots along the coast. In early October, we watched the sunset partially roll down the mountain — simply magical. The host is very kind and welcoming!
