Friendly staff, late check-in. Parking was available. The personal kindly agreed to keep some of our food in the restaurant fridge as there was no frodge in the room.

Excellent service and price quality ratio. We did a last minute booking and where able to check-in at 0:30 in the night. Friendly and professional service at the Rezeption they even prepared a breakfast package as we had to leave the hotel very early in the morning.

Welcoming helping staff, nice tidy rooms, free parking and very easy to reach the center.

Great facilities. As new. Great breakfast. Excellent service.

The hotel is in the new part of Sibiu, just a 15-minute walk away from the old city. The room is spacious and very nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is big enough. Everything is very clean. There is a cozy pub in the hotel, where breakfast is served. Breakfast was excellent, with enough meal choices. The girl at the reception is great. She was so helpful and polite. Partly thanks to her efforts we decided to stay at the Joyme hotel.

The seafood was excellent – very fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. Everything we tried was delicious. The service was also very friendly and genuine, which made the experience even better. Also free parking area!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The location is ideal — close enough to explore Treviso and perfectly situated for discovering the surrounding area as well. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing thanks to the two ladies from the reception desk. We especially appreciated how clean everything was and how easy it was to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!

The location and parking. The room was clean and met our needs.

The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The cleanliness of the facilities was exceptional. The breakfast offered was fantastic. Additionally, the size of the room was just right. Convenient parking.

Very friendly & helpful staff.

Kristina was just wonderful, nice, tried to help as much as she could in everything including giving us advice about the trip. The small hotel is modern, with adjacent parking and most importantly everything everything everything is sparkling clean and smells good. The Italian breakfast was pleasant and delicious and had a wide variety of cereals, croissants, breads, cheeses, sausages and fruit and everything was fresh and beautifully served. Equally important was the warm welcome of Silvia who works with Kristina. The room is large and spacious with a huge bed and a luxurious shower. In short, a place we loved.

Amazing breakfast was varied and of quality . I also loved the atmosphere of my room from the furniture, details and lighting l
