Beautiful Hotel in a beautiful spot. Been here for one night and felt comfortable right from the beginning. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodates all guests in a professional yet kind way. 10/10! The restaurant must be a real hidden champion for the region. Had the best slow cooked veal cheeks for dinner. Getting asked by a world class chef how I want my breakfast eggs in the morning was the moment I decided to give this team credit on here. Well deserved!

It is a very cozy little town! We spent 1.5 days here.

It is a very cozy little town! We spent 1.5 days here. But it is not enough! There are beautiful mountains with mountain rivers and waterfalls, lots of trails for hiking. Clean mountain air. We will definitely come back to Foppolo next year!

Foppolo is an artificial town, I think it was born with the skiing boom of the 1960s. Honestly, I don't like it as a place. It's fine for skiers. I didn't go on any hiking excursions because I didn't have time.

The mountain area is very beautiful, with a funicular to the top of the mountain and its picturesque lakes. There are restaurants and bars with reasonable prices. Grocery stores are very expensive, so it's best to bring your own to save money. Otherwise, we were satisfied and will come again. :)

A charming town in the Brembana Valley, about sixty kilometers from Bergamo, a beautiful city worth visiting. CAI trails and paths offer hiking for all tastes. Authentic Bergamo cuisine, with polenta in its various forms reigning supreme.

Everything is easily accessible on foot. We stayed in the Cornostella apartment; given the lack of a supermarket, the takeaway offered by the Hotel des Alpes was a great option.

The Hotel has a brand new dinning room that looks fabulous. Some bedrooms are newly refurbished, I had the opportunity to stay in one and it was grand, with a Jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff is efficient and very cordial. The food was comforting and excellent.
