Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean and comfortable with a little seating area at the entrance to one of them. Owners were super kind and helpful and the breakfast was lovely.

This was a great place to stay while we were visiting a nearby piano festival. The reason we chose it was because of the small swimming pool in the garden. It is the perfect way to cool off and big enough to swim some lengths too! But the guesthouse proved to have so many other good things about it. First of all the hosts Paolo and Sarah were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. They provided a delicious breakfast for us in the large kitchen which is just there for guests and available if you want to cook yourself and they had excellent recommendations about restaurants and other advice. The rooms are spacious and cool with air conditioning and attractively decorated. One has a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and private bathroom. The other guests share a bathroom but this was not a problem at all. The corridor is full of art and books and very attractive. You can park in the large driveway and really the house offers everything a visitor could need.

Good morning! I'm traveling around Italy with my Grandma and Mom. Every day we visit different cities and spend the night somewhere different. I chose this hotel because of its location and photos. We are very satisfied! Grandma was delighted with the views around the hotel, especially the wonderful flowers that richly decorate the building. The room was clean, beautiful, comfortable. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Unfortunately, at dinner we encountered a large group of tourists and there was only one agile waitress who tried to please everyone... Due to which the waiting time for the meal was very long. Nevertheless, it was worth the wait, especially for the carbonara. Buffet breakfast, also a lot to choose from. Very tasty croissants that I love! The waitress mentioned above - very nice, open and helpful. We were welcomed at the reception by an equally helpful and friendly receptionist. He explained everything with a smile and even added what kind of alcohol Grandma would probably like, who was admiring the views in front of the hotel :) I also rate the hotel 5/5. Unfortunately, in the morning, when checking out, there was another man at the reception. Nasty, arrogant, as if he was working as a punishment. I wanted to settle the payment for the dinner and the mentioned alcohol and it turned out that the gentleman claimed that I had not paid for the accommodation. I claimed I paid. I even found and showed him the confirmation of my booking on Booking. I even found the transfer confirmation in my banking application. He was unprofessional. He questioned my opinion and even ridiculed my translation. It was degrading. Of course, I contacted booking because I paid for this stay twice. Nevertheless, it was an unpleasant situation for me in the morning. For a highly sensitive person, such a receptionist definitely ruins the morning mood and the good impression from the previous day.

The property is in a stunning location, with views to die for. Our hosts were very friendly and attentive, showed us around the property, explained everything. The property itself is sheer luxury, clean and spacious, beautifully decorated and maintained, with delightful period details. The a/c was superb, and very welcome in this heat. We were comfortable throughout our stay. What a find. I can't recommend it highly enough. 'll definitely be back. Close to the village of Casperia, with all it's charms and amenities, this property has it all.

Literally everything! 1. I didn't expect this, but it appeared the owner was waiting on us at the railway station when we arrived. Which was a very nice surprise, taking into account there is no such as thing as a taxi in this beautiful small town. 2. Location - just in the very center, it says 250 meters from center - from my perspective it is like 50 m. 3. The host - so nice and friendly! 4. The place itself!!! First time in my life while booking apartment not a hotel, I'm not just not disapointed but happy absolutely! It is so nice, clean, well decorated. 5. Hospitality! You have all you need and a bit more - welcome drinks, water, nice fresh towels, and people ready to help you any time of the day.
