Absolutely wonderful service. Hotel manager and his daughter were so helpful, happy, friendly and nice. Breakfast was very good, service too. Pool area is wonderful. Room was very clean. I wish we could come back one day.

the hotel was fabulous but what really stood out was the staff. the breakfast helpers were super attentive and Christian in the reception helped us with so many things, he was simply amazing.

The staff are amazing. In particular, Luigi M. He looked after us like chocolate. The bar and food are great, location is excellent .... and the views! .... words cannot describe!!!

We had an incredibly friendly welcome. The lady at reception went above and beyond to give us as much information to help our stay as possible and was always very helpful and friendly on every interaction. Every staff member we encountered was also very friendly and helpful. Our room (a classic double) was a good sized and functional. We ate in the restaurant on our first night. We received excellent service and the food was also fantastic. There is a lovely terrace outside the reception area to sit and relax, enjoy a drink and chat to other guests. The hotels little dog was also so cute! We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

This property was a great way to end our holiday close to Naples. We didn’t have to move from there. Nicely decorated and appointed. Luigi at reception was fantastic. He helped us with several items including EUR3 of his own money for toll fees. That is beyond the call of duty.

We stayed here for a few nights while exploring Pompeii and Vesuvius, and it was the perfect location. The hotel is cozy, family-run, and just a short distance from the ruins. Ottaviano went out of his way to make us feel welcome, his kindness really stood out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a lovely touch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

An amazing hotel just steps from the archaeological park. The room was large and comfy, and spotless. The staff was extraordinary. I will definitely come back for another stay!

Love staying at Hotel dei Congressi! Always a pleasure.

Great location when traveling to or from Amalfi. Nice, clean rooms at a quarter of Amalfi's prices, with vast free parking. Buffet breakfast was served on the terrace with a splendid view of Vesuvius. Although there was no hot food (eggs, omelet, or bacon), there were fresh croissants and pain au chocolat, yogurt, cereal, biscuits, jam, and Nutella. The coffee (cappuccino) was good.

This was one of the best stays in our Italy trip, the staff was really friendly and views are amazing, Breakfast was simple but for us it was enough also there is public transport next to hotel but be aware that it is going only few times in day and if you miss last one to hotel it will be hard to get back.

Small parking, we left the car for 2 days. Very convenient location, 7 minutes walk to the train to Sorrento and 13 minutes walk to the port to take the direct ferry to Capri. Pompeii can be reached quickly by car. Very warm welcome, offered juice/coffee with sweet biscuits upon arrival. Quick solution to all problems. A very good breakfast. Very friendly service staff.
