The girl at the night reception, named Sara, was very very kind an helpful!

Friendly staff and calm location makes your stay memorable

Nice big parking, tasty breakfast, and no issues staying with our dog

The room was big enough, the staff were very friendly and polite. The room was overall very clean and tidy, there were plenty of parking spaces.

Room was clean and comfortable, great aircon when it was 33 degrees outside! Balcony with a view was perfect. Staff were very helpful with recommendations and breakfast was decent. Location wise, easy walk into the old part of town, endless places to eat. Local buses were frequent and easy to use.

The staff were kind and allowed us to staying a bit longer than checkout time due the fact we were there for a half-marathon, private bathroom was nice and size of the room was fine. Overall, basic but ok. It was clean and had no major issues. You get what you pay for :)

I like the coffee the most and the freshness of the breakfast.

Very clean place overall, comfortable bed, well located for visiting supercar manufacturers. Staff amazingly friendly & helpful. Car parking on site.

This mid-size hotel is in a very good location on the edge of the historic center of town. Very friendly staff (speaking excellent English). The single rooms we booked were small, but adequate and clean. The breakfast is really good with an abundance of choices from the buffet. Highly recommended!

It wasn't my first time there, absolutely I recommend this place, very relaxing, calm environment, very nice helpful people, the good thing is that the owner himself is involved in the details. Many thanks to joseph

New hotel, modern and clean. Comfortable bed, the room was spacious

Hotel very clean and great installations. Nice and friendly staff

Very nice hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Room looks fresh and it was. Nice breakfast. Big private parking.

A nice cozy little hotel, near the city center but in a quiet area. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Everything is well organized and easy to use. The parking lot is a big plus. Another big plus is the restaurant next to the hotel - the best food and service we had on this trip.

I liked everything about this hotel. I have to say I was very skeptical about booking this hotel based on the reviews, I initially booked it because I needed a place to stay for one night, a place that was close to the train and that was low cost. However, I was pleasantly surprise, this hotel was amazing. It's a 5 mins walk from the Modena train station, my room which was located on the 3rd floor was big and very spacious, very clean, simple decor but very beautiful, the bed was perfect for two people and we slept well. Our room window opened up to the main street but when closed you can not hear any noise. The bathroom was big enough and very clean with towel service and soap. We chose to walk up to the 3rd floor instead of taking the elevator and the stairs and hallway was very clean. Yes there is no front desk at night which is typical for small boutique hotels, but you are giving and access code to get in the hotel and if you call the owner she's pleasant and is readily available to help you. Yes the area my seem sketchy but I found it quite safe walking at 11 PM at night with a 11 year old child. It's 3-5 mins walk to the Enzo Ferrari museum and 10-15 mins walk to the city center. Upon check out I was able to leave my bad in the small area and sat in the small garden area for a few mins. Most of all, the owner Clara is very hospitable and easy to talk to. Although check-in was at 6:00PM she allowed was to check in early without a hassle. I will definitely we staying here again.

Clean, large room, very comfortable bed

Fantastic location, and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Fantastic hotel, staff were so lovely and made such a special fuss of my husband for his special birthday - treats in our room on arrival and discount in restaurant. Breakfast was very good

Beautiful old school hotel with parking in the center of Pavia. Great location with fantastic restaurant and bars around

What I mostly enjoed of my stay was the very comfortable bed and pillow of the room, I guess the best I have ever had. A part from this, I appreciated a lot the cleanliness of the hotel.
