The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean with a lovely view of the alps. The fact that there was a restaurant on the premises was an added bonus. The breakfast was also great including the extra snacks provided daily. It would strongly recommend this property.

Great location, pleasant walk into the centre, interesting building almost merging into the bridge. Very helpful owner, walked me over to their secure parking, very much appreciated.

The hoter has a great location, walking distance from the old city and the local market was just behind the hotel. Our room had an amazing view looking at the gran paradise. It was huge and beautiful Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold dishes.

I do not understand the negative reviews for this hotel. First, service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly and helpful - I especially appreciated the kindness of the older woman with the glasses. The hotel is beautiful and impactful on entry. The location is a straight road to the old city and very convenient. Rooms were cleaned to perfection and everything was as we needed, especially as a family of four. I loved the frankincense smell in the rooms. The pool was heated and fantastic! Breakfast was delicious and worth the 10€ a day, without question. WiFi worked well, and the "hotel dogs" wandering around were the best! I loved our stay and would recommend this hotel, with my eyes closed.
