Situated in a small town near Caserta, it was very convenient for us as we were traveling by car. Accomodation offered private parking and very cosy room with very comfortable bed. The girl at the desk was very nice and helpful, they communicated straight away via WhatsApp and were very easy to reach even out of working hours.

I will definitely start take care with the property's rating on Booking.com. Most guests are European or American, and they value "friendliness", smiling, waving, calling by name and find it beautiful to stay in a homely atmosphere. They don't care about comfort, high standard of services, quality of bed, furniture, shower, 24-hour reception and everything that a reasonable hotel has, expensive investment objective. But they don't give a good evaluation because they consider the treatment to be impersonal. This is the case with this hotel.
