Very nice and helpful host, fantastic location with private patio. Would love to come back!

Nice swimming pool. Possibility to rent bikes to get into town. Spacious room. Easy to park.

I was very satisfied with the always helpfull and friendly way of the staff all over. Specifically I enjoyed the kind way of Marco and Elisa, who always did their utmost to make my stay as pleasat as possible. Among other things they always provided a bike at my disposal, if I wanted to go somewhere, and I could always turn to them for help, if I had a special request. All over I can recommend the hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it quick and easy to drive to neighboring towns like Terracina and San Felice Circeo. A huge plus is the free on-site parking, which is incredibly convenient if you are traveling by car. We liked the room, and it was cleaned every day. There is also an elevator in the building, even though we stayed on the ground floor. The hotel is clearly well-suited for people with disabilities. The breakfast was good — simple but very tasty. The staff was quite polite, and any issues were resolved quickly during working hours. There is an outdoor pool on the property, but in October it was a bit too chilly for swimming and I felt cold; interestingly, the sea water turned out to be warmer at this time of year. On the downside, there is no proper full-sized fridge in the room — only a mini-bar, which we had to use to store our groceries.

Everything is great, especially the “not close to beachline” situation, so never ceovded, and I loved to hear only Italian language from the guests. The staff is very friendly, the food is great, the room is new, clean, stylish and comfortable.

Perfect lication, nice peoples.
