It was a nice hotel with a breathtaking view  up on the hills. The staff was very friendly,  helped us with luggage and offered us a welcome drink on upon arrival. The room  was big and beautifully furnished with antique stuff. The parking was spacious enough and easy to park with a big car. Excellent stay!

Perfect position on Lake Iseo. The best Hotel we have stayed in on the Lakes. The restaurant was first class and the restaurant manager Fay was so professional and his knowledge of the wines was very impressive. The reception staff were so accomodating and organised tours to the Bellini Nautical Riva Collection. A highlight for my husband. Having the bikes was a bonus we rode all the way to Sarnico

It's a beautiful location with excellent food t suit all budgets. The boat trips around the lake especially the trip t the island was the highlight for me. V helpful people on the boats nd n the shops nd the tourist office . I will return soon.

The town of Iseo is lovely.

The town of Iseo is lovely. Many restaurants, wine bars, and shops adorn the lakeside city (few tourists and mostly locals). We took the ferry from Iseo to Monte Isola. You can buy tickets at the pier. Once on the island you can catch the bus to the top and hike 15 minutes to the summit church. There are restaurants at the ferry disembarkment or a few very local restaurants at top for sandwiches. Parking can be a challenge. If you have a rental car make sure you have the blue disc in the car that you can place on your dashboard.

Iseo town is very pretty with lots of restaurants and shops plus a wonderful lakeside position. Lago d’Iseo is very beautiful with spectacular boat trips available. We enjoyed a day trip to Monte Isola. In nearby Sarnico is the fantastic No Stress Pub for football fans

Iseo is a beautiful vibrant community on Lago Iseo.

Iseo is a beautiful vibrant community on Lago Iseo. You can explore the area by boat, train or by car. There are many beautiful towns nearby to visit. The community is quite friendly to travelers and very safe. We enjoyed walking in and around town exploring as much as we had time to do. It is very historic and well kept!! On Sunday after mass at the historic church named San Adrea (St. Andrew) we walked into the downtown next to Lake Iseo and enjoyed the excitement of a Sunday Market. Afterwords we enjoyed an Apertivo and lunch at a lakefront cafe. Iseo is an excellent town to visit for a day or a month!! We were visitors there for several days in the beginning of June 2025.

Spotlessly clean with no litter in sight.

Spotlessly clean with no litter in sight. Iseo is compact, atmospheric and picturesque. We had a couple of nice and reasonably priced meals at Il Bruco by the lake and an enormous take-away pizza from Forno Di Porta Del Campo. Even though the weather wasn't great for part of our stay, the central location of the apartment meant we could come and go as and when the rain stopped and it was never too far to nip back if we needed an extra layer or something.

Iseo is more than you can imagine.

Iseo is more than you can imagine. I looked on Google maps, researched as I could but nothing matches being there. From the internet I got the sense there was perhaps five restaurants and a few small shops but there is many, many more. A ferry is available to take you to the islands and to other locations around lake Iseo. But wait, there are many walking trails and the landscape of the usual roads is really amazing. I can easily see a visit to this region for a week, ten days or more. We had Italian speaking friends in Iseo so that made it easier for us English gringos haha. But fear not, the locals are friendly and many have some English.

The location of this hotel is stunning, sitting right on the water's edge at Lake Iseo, a beautiful narrow lake surrounded by impressive mountains. The very best part of the hotel is the wonderful chef at the new Ize Restaurant where we dined superbly on a terrace literally overhanging the water, with stunning views. The exquisite vegetarian menu was without doubt the best we had on our subsequent three week trip to a range of very nice hotels and restaurants.

The apartment is in a beautiful setting, a nice quiet area near Pilzone, not far from Iseo. It felt very homely and was spotlessly clean. It had all the amenities you could need, including some bikes to ride into town. Our host Piera was very communicative and so helpful. She even picked us up from the train station at Iseo when we missed our train to Pilzone - what a star! The lake is beautiful , we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Super-friendly helpful staff. Peaceful hotel. Classic room with plentiful storage and stunning balcony views down on the lake and of the mountains. Good breakfast on extensive terrace with excellent coffee and omelette to order. Secure parking and air conditioning. Delightful garden round the pool. Charming village round the port and easy drive to lively Iseo and beyond for strolls, meals, lake ferries and a bit of history!

Nice lake front hotel, we had a balcony to appreciate the view. Unfortunately it was very misty and the air quality was poor, so we couldn’t fully see the vista. Nice room and good restaurant for dinner. Pleasant ferry trip on the lake but a lot of cafes/restaurants at the ferry stops were closed.
