Quiet place, nice garden, some 20 minutes walk to the centre of Fiesole, we used it to stay one night during our trip home from the southern Tuscany.

Wonderful place just close to Florence. Amazing view. This is absolutely the best place to relax, stay in the nice swimming pool with the view, tasting wine. Super cute and romantic place. We have love the room Ginestra. The madame was really kind and help us in everything. She also made a big explication of things to do. Best trattoria close to have dinner.

This villa was an absolute gem on our little Italian tour. Modern yet welcoming, it offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, and the hotel provided plenty of towels, slippers, toiletries—everything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. Private parking was a great convenience. The staff were incredibly helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. But the absolute highlight was the breakfast! There was a great variety of both sweet and savory options, a good coffee machine, and even a juice maker—a very pleasant surprise and perfect for a morning boost of vitamins.

Great attentive service esp during quiet winter season. Food at restaurant was better than expected. Breakfast included but the same every day. In 2 bedroom, would have been better if there were reading lights in main room. A little drive into resort but adds to the charm.

Hotel was beautiful and had many amenities. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent with many choices. The room was spacious with antique furniture. The bed was comfortable.

This is an old estate of a noble family, built in a baroque or neo-classical style, with a vast garden. We felt we had this whole palace to ourselves. Amazing place.

Comfortable way to meet Toscana

Amazing hotel! Close to bus stop(2minutes walk). Kind and helpful staff. The room had a wonderful view! The main gate and the door had a passcode which means it is safe if you have a car. I would love to come back to stay in this amazing hotel! Well done.

The garden was very nice, good drinks in the hotel bar and good breakfast

I booked a double room and we got a full two room app in the houses next to the hotel with the most wonderfull furniture and a georgeous bathroom, featuring a terace. It was well equipped, cleaned every day, towels changed. Our dog got a bed set up and bowls for food and water. Our daughter got a cot, some candy. There was also coffee and powdered sugar in the room and a kettle. We used the pool twice, paid 10€ per adult for 90 minutes. The pool (and spa) is open till 22:30 every day, has a bathroom equipped with toiletries, a lounge with water, tea and coffee, a salt room, a turkish bath and a sauna. The staff were wonderful and helpful. There is a parking Alberti two streets (350 m) from the hotel where we parked for 24€ for two days. The hotel has a bar next to it which is open till 22:30 and serves AMAZING pizza (even if you order at 22:15 for take away). Our daughter loved it and cried when we left, we almost cried, perfection. In my opinion, it is not too far from center, a 20 minute walk if you go straight forward which gives you the opportunity to see the city a little bit or a long walk if you decide to go down to the river and follow it, which offers wonderful scenery.

Nicely located near the old town of Firenze. Easy accessible via bus or 5 minutes by car. The staff was great. Near a small shopping centre, restaurants and gelato :) Just outside the door. Parking available
