Large quiet room. Excellent pool area. Great food .

A real Italian gem. Off the beaten track but fantastic. We arrived by motorcycle relatively early in the afternoon and we were greeted by two young men (waiters as it transpired) who treated us like long lost friends, sorted out the room, looked after a first cooling beer and then insisted on giving us some table snacks. The room was large with a veranda and immaculately clean with very effective air conditioning. Dinner was superb (we opted not to go down the pizza route) again with great service. Breakfast the next morning was served by the lady owner and there was too much already on the table.. she then asked if we would like ham and cheese🙂 Overall a superb night's stay and we would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, warm and comfortable room. Toiletries provided in well-maintained bathroom.

Excellent in every way. Charming helpful staff, attractive, comfortable old style hotel with a very good restaurant..

The room size was big enough for four people.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. You can tell that everything is new. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. Free private parking is also a big plus. For me, it was excellent.

Nice place in a good location

Lovely new property, with air conditioning throughout. Silvana was lovely and welcomed us warmly, helping us understand how to independently get in and out of the property. Nice breakfast with the cakes from Silvana’s shop, fresh coffee, yoghurt, and a bit more.

Another wonderful stay at Hotel Restaurant Concorde! ❤️❤️❤️ This was our second stay at Hotel Restaurant Concorde, and once again, everything was absolutely wonderful! 🥰❤️ We were very happy to come back, and the hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom is lovely, the bed is large and extremely comfortable, and we were especially impressed by the huge terrace, which was a wonderful bonus. ❤️🌿 The hotel also has a lovely garden in front, which was perfect for taking our dog out for a walk. 🐶❤️ It made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing, especially when travelling with a pet. But what we appreciated the most was the wonderful staff. ❤️❤️❤️ Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, smiling and attentive. They were always helpful and responsive, and their genuine friendliness made us feel truly welcome. 🥰❤️ It is rare to find a place where the people make you feel so comfortable and cared for. The kindness and hospitality of the staff really stood out to us and made our second stay just as enjoyable as the first one. ❤️✨ We loved everything and will definitely come back again! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for another lovely stay and for making us feel so welcome! 🥰🐶🌿❤️ Highly recommended — 5 stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Ciotti. Initially had an issue getting our car near the hotel to offload luggage (google maps strikes again) but we made it eventually. The staff were helpful and accommodating when we extended our stay to two nights. The breakfast is amazing (probably too much food). Our room was surprisingly spacious, but it is the location of Palazzo Ciotti that we liked the most.

The location is wonderful, being footsteps from Piazza Arringo and not far from Piazza del Poppolo. The carpark pedestrian entry is also really close.

Very central location by the piazza.

The hotel was delightful! The location was amazing. The valet parking service was superb. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa package was wonderful and great value for money! The room was great. Breakfast was good. I'd like to return!!!

Beautiful interiors, great stuff and amazing breakfast!

Cenzia, the host, was amazing! She was so lovely and got us a kettle and a mini fridge. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is excellent, the room was spotless and the bathroom more modern and bought and clean. Basic room but super comfy and clean.

The hotel is beautifully done, it is very comfortable and well insulated. We had a family room with two bathrooms, a balcony and a terrasse. For breakfast, the staff offered us a wide variety of gluten-free options and there were amazing homemade pastries for those who could eat gluten.
