The staff was phenomenal and Emmanuel at the front desk helped me with my travel arrangements and understanding where would be the best place for me to go based on my goals. He took Extra Care to help me understand the train station and how to navigate to Venice. He also made arrangements for me to have safe Transportation to and from the train station knowing I was traveling alone. His English is fantastic. A big plus since my Italian is not. I ate breakfast in the restaurant and the display and selection of food was absolutely magnificent. I especially loved the cappuccinos and all of the beautiful views from the patio. The room was so beautiful, and peaceful. I've never slept so deep and felt so relaxed in a hotel before.

Its absolutely lovely and I am very picky. It was extremely clean, the host was so helpful in making recommendations and taking care of making our reservations. The breakfast was amazing with tons of fresh baked desserts, meats and cheeses, breads, yogurt and granolas. The grounds were beautiful. Had a lovely bottle of wine outside on the bistro-lit patio overlooking the grounds. Then a short trip into the historic center for a fabulous dinner. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms and the bathrooms were well equipped and extremely comfortable. They thought of everything. Highly recommend.
