The hotel was perfect as a transit stop between Milan and the Dolomites. What we enjoyed most was the breakfast — it was varied and started early enough for our schedule. The staff was very friendly, and we especially appreciated the free parking. We also really appreciated the free tea in the room — it was a thoughtful detail and tasted great.

I had a wonderful experience at the Banatium. A couple running this hotel was very friendly and helpful. They have a great attitude. I will always stay at this location.

Our stay for two nights was perfect. The hotel is relatively new and modern with stylish designer ideas. The entire staff we came into contact with was extremely friendly. Breakfast was more than sufficient and prepared with love. It is important to me that the cappuccinos were made in a Barista style. The restaurant is located next to the hotel, but can also be reached from within. Delicious food and a good choice of wine. So definitely recommended. All in all, definitely worth it for next time. I certainly hope to return there again.

We were late and the clerk waited for us and even booked a restaurant to be sure that we could still eat. Extremely nice staff.

We stayed here as we couldn’t find anything we liked the look of in Bassano del Grappa and were so pleased we did. Comfortable, quiet, lovely staff and an absolutely delicious meal in the restaurant. Can highly recommend it.

It was just next to the wall of the old town, which actually was surprise for me. Very nice room, with open space concept, especially in a bathroom. Very friendly stuff were ready to help us with all personal questions that we had and to provide a resonable suggestions. It was really nice experience for us.

Extremely impressed about the premises and the food. The bar and the restaurant has a modern and detailed design with attention to the lighting giving a warm ambience. The food was excellent and the service very attentive.

The rooms were very clean and the aircon worked really well which was great as it was so hot when I visited. There was a good selection for breakfast and the staff were so helpful with suggestions such as where to park for visiting the cittadella and helping with logistics for a wedding, booking taxis and even ironing a shirt for me when no ironing boards were available! It's a fairly small hotel but I think that means they really put a lot more effort into the guest experience. The car park was spacious and reception was open late at night too for late check-in.
