We really liked this measured and quiet holiday: beautiful nature nearby: the sea, the river and the mountains - you definitely won't be bored)

Location and view is amazing all clean and the staff is polite and helpfull.

It’s rather difficult getting reasonable priced hotels with their own car park in Italy.Especially on or near main roads so a very welcome discovery .Plus 24 hour reception with friendly staff is a very useful .

The Desiderio Restaurant. The comfy, luxurious bed, shower and above all the view from the hotel. Than comes the amazing staff above all very helpful and amazingly professional : Ada and Sara who went above and beyond to provide an amazing service. Thank you! We will return.

Fantastic location by the beach which was beautiful to swim in. Great service. Lovely breakfast. Really comfortable. Private access to hotel. Lovely terrace overlooking the sea.

Good location, near sea and center. Parking in front of the hotel.Very nice room with big balcony and sunbeds. Good coffee machine and complimentary water every day.

Fab room on 4 th floor with views of the Sea

Davide was busy down on the beach when we arrived, but sorted our check-in and fixed the WiFi for us. Sadly we didn't know that the restaurant was only open at weekends (April). Parking ok but not secure.

The reception staff and breakfast staff are very welcoming and attentive. Helped me with some personal matter. The position is exellent, in front of the sea and in front of the free beach which counts a lot in Tuscuny! Would be good to have a fridge just to keep some water and fruit but I guess for 2 stars it is not required, so I did't apply it for the vote. The rooms are cleaned well, the bathroom is dated but again it is 2 stars!!! Small parking is near the entrance but again so many free parking spaces just in front of the hotel. Recommend with all my heart and will try to return! Thank you very much for having me!
