Nice hotel with parking space and restaurants nearby. Rooms are big, very clean with comfortable beds.

Everything excellent, staff great and very hospitable. Breakfast selection TOP

The best staffs and is quiet thanks

Thank you very much for the warm welcome, for the cleanliness and hospitality! Incredibly delicious food in the restaurant, excellent hosts - such nice people! We really liked this measured and quiet holiday: beautiful nature nearby: the sea, the river and the mountains - you definitely won't be bored)

Location and view is amazing all clean and the staff is polite and helpfull.

The location is great, its really beautiful and lovely people working in the hotel!

Great location. Clean and confortable. Good food.

The Desiderio Restaurant. The comfy, luxurious bed, shower and above all the view from the hotel. Than comes the amazing staff above all very helpful and amazingly professional : Ada and Sara who went above and beyond to provide an amazing service. Thank you! We will return.

Fantastic property, we always stay here when in the area and would fully recommend. Also the restaurant is excellent.

The room was perfect, the garden and pool fabulous. Ten minutes walk to the inner city, but I wouldn't change it to the inner city because of the pool. The city is fascinating — vibrant and elegant. Fifteen minutes' drive to the ocean, with the sea village San Terenzo — where Percy Byshe Shelley and Mary Shelley lived.

Awsome room with the windows directly above the sea. Delicious breakfast and overall an incredible location.

Location , access to lobby and rooms. Balcony with sea views. The dicounted supply of car parking ticket

Modern entrance with parking right outside the door. The balcony, the view, the shower and the very comfy huge bed.

The rooms are very spacious, comfortable. Breakfast has a large selection, delicious. The pool is quiet and peaceful. We were there in July, but there were very few people. The beach is 10 minutes by foot. The beach is big, there is definitely enough space for everyone.

It’s rather difficult getting reasonable priced hotels with their own car park in Italy.Especially on or near main roads so a very welcome discovery .Plus 24 hour reception with friendly staff is a very useful .

The place was very clean and the owner very nice.

very nice view to the beach... the hotel is on the beach

Davide was busy down on the beach when we arrived, but sorted our check-in and fixed the WiFi for us. Sadly we didn't know that the restaurant was only open at weekends (April). Parking ok but not secure.

Great location; very near to the beach (also dog friendly beach) and near to the little centre. Clean room with good shower. Staff is super friendly. Private parking. The hotel has an excellent pizza place, also highly recommended!
