The location is close to the center main town of Maratea. The Staff was Caring and Very helpful. For some reason, I booked two rooms when Upgrading, and they understood and helped with canceling the extra room without any issue. Greatly appreciated for their support!

Incredible croissants baked onsite, and we also loved the pizza. - Beautiful walk down to the sea through the pine trees. We wanted to bottle up the scent and take it home with us. Sea + pines is a dreams. If you don’t want to walk, they’ll arrange a golf cart. - Personal, warm staff, looking to help you at every turn. They remembered our names, helped us book excursions, and attended us throughout the day.

Room and view was nice. Restaurant food is pretty rustic but perfectly fine. Breakfast was tasty, though Italian-style, plenty of sweet stuff, not so much in the savory department.

Hard to put it all into a small box but the main thing was the staff , everyone was always so nice and welcoming. Breakfast, lunch , dinner were all reserved waiting for us each day. The owner Fabio , wow what can I say this man takes pride in his hotel and rightly so the place is a hidden gem. The views by the pool are like something from a movie , the bedrooms are spotless and the entire area itself was also spotless. Fantastic food prepared for all meals throughout the day
