Amazing location, great view and staff

Very plesent host, good location

They are really great, everything from the location of the reception, the rooms and the breakfast.

This is a nice place to stay if you want to explore this area. The accomodation was clean, the rooms had enough space. The half board was tasty and provided enough food all the serving time along, though it was not changing that much from day to day. The stuff was very friendly. The value we got for the money was good.

Amazing spa area with a heated pool, sauna and steam room. Comfortable beds with amazing balcony views. Was always completely full with delicious food before leaving the dining area. Gabriel and his family were incredible hostesses.

The rooms are amaizing, with a wonderful terrace to the mountains. The breakfast had a huge deliciaus and varaiety of cakes, with eggs and cirial other health ingridients. We mostly enjoyed the breakfasts. The hotel also has a private parking places and its location is great.

Comfortable apartaments in a great place with a beautiful view

i loved the very clean and new room. it was beautiful and super sanitary. it was very warm and cozy and the staffs were very kind. I loved the bath tub in the room as well. the location is also perfect, because it is walking distance from QC terme and also other restaurants. Free parking is also helpful and the bereakfast was very nice too!

Hotel is easy to find and the ski bus station is just in front of the parking lot. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners and all the staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

It was amazing! The staff is super helpful and kind, in fact they are the owners so they really go the extra mile to make customers happy. The included SPA is great and very high quality. The breakfast and merienda were also fabulous. Will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay (end October) a lot, and happy to come again when we are in the same area. Hotel looks very fresh and cozy, rooms are good size and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Very good breakfast selection, including warm and cold dishes. Dinner in restaurant was very good too - recommended. Small SPA with two saunas inside and outside jacuzzi (included in price) was great after day of hiking, but be aware to book time in advance (e.g. after dinner), because there is maximum 4-6 people allowed at the same time, and there should be two separate reservations for SPA and jacuzzi. Carezza lake and Labyrinths of Latemar for 3-4h hiking are not far away by car, and highly recommended; stay in that area also for sunset view. Popular viewpoints towards Sella Pass are other direction, but also close by. There is large and easy to access parking lot just next to hotel.

Loved the hotel and staff was super helpful. We arrived not knowing where to rent skis or buy the ski pass and Denis helped us get everything for our ski days, super reccomend. Special highlight for the amazing breakfast, lots of options amd super tasty !
