The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. The location is great as the hotel is in a quiet small town, 10 minutes away from Prato Nevoso. The restaurant and the breakfast offer pretty good options and the quality of the food is high. Beds in the room are comfy. The elevator is super convenient

Everything was nice (actually exceeded our expectations). Even though our stay was a bit off-season and in the middle of the week the very kind staff did an excellent job of making us feel very welcome. At least during the off-season there aren't that many services near by, but you can find nice restaurants etc. only a couple of minutes drive away. For us this was a skiing trip and turns out the lift from Rastello (about a 10 minute drive) was perfect and took us directly up to the slopes of Artesina/Prato Nevoso.
