Czech RepublicThe breakfasts were delicious and varied each day, made from fresh local products. One evening, we also ordered dinner—what a great decision! The food and wine were both exceptional. Huge thanks to our host, Federica, for cooking and serving such a memorable meal.
We worked online during the day, and the space was comfortable for two people, with fast and reliable internet.
The location is perfect for nature lovers—hiking trails start right at the doorstep. It’s very peaceful and quiet, with amazing views from the large terrace. The rustic interior is spacious and charming, and we especially loved spending time on the huge terrace.
We also had occasional visits from the owner’s sweet dog, which we enjoyed.
Federica was a wonderful host—very friendly and full of helpful local recommendations.
Overall, an amazing stay. 100% recommended for anyone who loves good food, nature, tranquility, and beautiful scenery!

NetherlandsWe had a wonderful time at Villa Pieve! The hostess, Michela, gave us a warm welcome and is very hospitable. She was very helpful and offered tips during our stay, which led us to excellent restaurants and wineries. The surroundings and the accommodation were beautiful. There's plenty of peace and quiet and a stunning view. A delicious breakfast was provided every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it!

Moncalvo is a small town. This property is amazing.
Moncalvo is a small town. This property is amazing. Great for getting away from the hustle and bustle. Very relaxing however, the public transportation is not dependable. Must rent a car or prebook taxi. Taxi prices are expensive.

Superb accommodation, with welcoming and very helpful hosts. Swimming pool was wonderful and the location was stunning! Moncalvo was beautiful, historic and charming - great eateries as well!
