Overall great experience - quick check-in, clean comfortable room, welcoming and friendly staff, wonderful view from the 7th floor where breakfast is served. Typical italian breakfast made up of croissants, tarts, fresh rolls, local mortadella and salami. Coffee and tea served on request. Definitely would recommend to stay here.

Absolutely fantastic staff, our flight was delayed and it was after mid-night when we arrived. Massimo was on reception and he was so helpful and organised some food and drinks for us, absolutely excellent service, thank you. The next morning Elena was equally excellent in sorting taxis for our large group of 9.

The rooms provide all the comfort you need; a good night sleep is guaranteed. At breakfast, the selection of savoury and sweet will match any preference. Otherwise, feel free to ask the staff for additional options. For dinner, the Grape should satisfy your taste buds and your stomach perfectly. Consider spending at least one evening at Meja for a very unique dining experience. You will not be disappointed, either way.

This is truly a 5-star experience out of 5. The room is spacious enough for a comfortable stay. Every detail—from the crisp, white towels and feather-soft, high-quality linens to the large shower (especially for Italy) with excellent water pressure and the comfortable beds—leaves no doubt about the quality of this hotel. In November, the heating ensured the room and bathroom were wonderfully warm and cozy. The private parking on the hotel premises is convenient and secure.

A classic Italian 'old town' with lots of character.

A classic Italian 'old town' with lots of character. Local Italians were friendly and engaging but reported that they are already feeling like "strangers in their own town" because of a considerable influx of foreign migrant workers who do not seem at pains to integrate; giving the town a somewhat 'alien' feeling when walking around. Difficult to find a food outlet for example, that still served both typical Italian food and alcohol.

We chose this hotel because we did not want to drive for...

We chose this hotel because we did not want to drive for more than five hours in one day. I thought that this may be a good stop for a one night stay. But we were WRONG - and if we had known it would have been so good we would have stayed for at least three. The room was perfect as was the breakfast - especially the room. We also had an evening meal in the bar which again was very good. I do believe we will put this hotel on our 'to do again' list - But for longer. Thank You

The position of Monfalcone is just perfect - beaches, Miramare castle and Trieste and Udine are just a stone’s throw away. The city is nice, with a beautiful historical buildings and monuments, but the atmosphere there is just not so friendly.

Monfalcone is not the most touristic place to be. we were there for a regatta so we visited, the sailclub/marina! we visited Slovenia (the caves) visited Trieste, Udine, Grado,... Monfalcone was fine, and a good place to start these visits. I like the authenticity and it not being touristic,

Accomodation was really nice, clean, close to the bus station. Owner was the best! Annalise helped us to get a taxi in the early morning bcs of our flight time and everything was really great. Thank you very much again. Highly recommend. Monfalcone was great starting point for visiting Trieste, Miramare castle, Palmanova and even beach activities.

We stayed for just one night, and although the weather was really bad, the hotel did its job perfectly. The location was peaceful and quiet, everything was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts were kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed.

The apartment was perfect. The terrace was amazing with a beautiful seaview.A well-equipped flat in some minutes from the beach. However the bathrooms need some renovation and the beds were too small in the second bedroom. The host was very kind. We have a great time there.

We spent one night only in this nice hotel, but this was a good decision. The sfaff is very friendly, flexible, the rooms are clean, well equipped, with big bathroom. The breakfast was also correct, and my son enjoyed the pool.
