Beautiful setting, nice clean room, wonderful pool area, kind staff

It is a beautiful masseria, the property is gorgeous, the pool area is big and wonderful, the breakfast is great and the staff is wonderful. It is only 5-6min to centar of Monopoli.

Wonderful 3* hotel It was everything you need that we wanted. Private clean beach, bed, breakfast. Don’t expect anything fancy or dated, this is the best option in the area for a private clean beach and authentic local culture. Staff were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. Not all rooms have a beach view though they are comfortable, no air con but it wasn’t needed as the walls are very thick and and looked after even if the place is little outdated. You are dedicated an umbrella spot for the duration of your stay which is good for peace of mind of not having to find a spot no matter what time you go to the beach. Thank you so much for the hospitality :)

We had such a wonderful stay here for our first accommodation in Italy! The place was incredibly clean and in the perfect location we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The host was so hospitable, helpful and extremely responsive throughout our stay, which made everything so easy. Everyone in the area was absolutely lovely and welcoming. We made friends during our stay and really felt at home. The restaurant at the front is fantastic, and Mi Casa opposite is absolutely beautiful we loved it there! We had such a memorable experience and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you for making our first stay in Italy so special! 🇮🇹❤️

The staff in the mini market and the reception were very friendly and nice. It was a pleasure having breakfast there every morning. It was great that you could reach by walking a very beautiful beach, great for snorkeling.

Lovely location with great pools on-site restaurant made dining easy and the food was very good.

Everything was nice during our stay, nothing stood out, except fresh mozzarela served for Puglia week, it was very nice. Also very nice and friendly staff, clean rooms and clean pool. We also really liked free dinner at the bottom restaurant, very nice. Still 10/10 for us as we are not picky but a few remarks bellow.

What a magical place! Everything was absolutely perfect, I only wish we had stayed longer. The Tenuta is beautiful: a rare balance of a historic building with contemporary touches that set it apart from most of the masserie in the area, which are all starting to look and feel alike. You can see how much love, heart, and thought the owners have poured into bringing the property back to life. It's also wonderfully intimate - small enough that you feel like a guest in a private home rather than one of many, which makes the whole stay feel personal. My favourite spot was by the pool at sunset, overlooking the vineyards. An aperitivo to remember! And the breakfast deserves its own mention: beautiful, generous, and clearly made with care - the perfect start to the day. The service is what stayed with us most. Nothing feels scripted or routine. It's genuine, spontaneous, and deeply personal, the kind of attentiveness that comes from people who clearly care rather than follow a checklist. It creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful place, genuine people, unforgettable stay. Thank you, we'll be back!

Newly refurbished to a high standard. Very clean & easily accessible. Easy to park in surrounding streets.

Location was fabulous and the staff wonderful. The hotel is in the controlled zone for cars but you can drive to the check in and the concierge valet parks the car. The suite was out of this world with great views and we loved having our nightcap on the balcony . Thank you to all for an exceptional stay.

Beautifully renovated villa with nice garden, free parking, clean place, near Monopoly. Giada was very kind and helps us with everything during our stay there.

The period features of the property are very nicely refurbished and the quality of the building is great. The location is peaceful and the whole ambiance is around relaxation. There weren’t a lot of guests so the pool and relaxation areas were very quiet.

An exceptionally relaxed vibe, whilst staff were attentive but not intrusive, excellent location.
