We loved everything about our stay here and absolutely recommend it! The property itself is exactly as pictured and maintained beautifully. Our room was very comfortable and the outdoor area has loads of space to relax (with loungers and chairs directly outside the room and also further out on the edge of the terrace by the water). Breakfast was beautiful every morning, with lots of options on the menu. The staff are exceptional, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We rented a car through the property and it couldn't have been easier! If you plan to rent a car while there, I absolutely recommend doing it through the property - we got better value and our car was collected when we were finished. The bikes are also great to use (recommend cycling to San Vito for a swim/lunch). The property has 2 restaurants which are both really lovely. The Tuccino restaurant is very good for seafood. The seafront restaurant (Abissi) is brilliant for a nice lunch or dinner. Polignano is an easy 15/20 minute walk along the seafront (with a path the whole way). Lots of lovely restaurants. You can also get a tuk tuk for 10€ if you don't fancy a walk back after dinner. All in all, this property is absolutely perfect if you want to stay in a beautiful, quiet place on the seafront, with exceptional staff!

Wonderful 3* hotel It was everything you need that we wanted. Private clean beach, bed, breakfast. Don’t expect anything fancy or dated, this is the best option in the area for a private clean beach and authentic local culture. Staff were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. Not all rooms have a beach view though they are comfortable, no air con but it wasn’t needed as the walls are very thick and and looked after even if the place is little outdated. You are dedicated an umbrella spot for the duration of your stay which is good for peace of mind of not having to find a spot no matter what time you go to the beach. Thank you so much for the hospitality :)

The place was very nice and quiet. Breakfast excellent with products from their farm and the dinner very tasty. The food was excellent. The pool was looking so nice but we did not have time to profit from it because we wanted to visit the area around. We appreciated very much the calm coming out from our room in the morning and going back in the evening. Surroundings were so peaceful with all the trees and the vineyards. It was really an excellent experience. The kindness and the efficiency of the staff and their professionalism. Congratulations.

This property was total Zen and the minute you walked in you were carefully looked after by the lovely staff specifically Francesca they went out of their way provide you with what you needed to make this a perfect escape. From the quaint truly to the butterfly walk through the properties gardens are perfect Oasis. The surroundings were excellent with beautiful places to sit in quiet Breakfast were very good and the staff are at hand during the day to provide you with lunch. I definitely intend to visit again

This place is absolutely wonderful! The setting and the service are fantastic, and the staff are both professional and genuinely friendly. The rooms are beautifully decorated with tasteful design. The food is excellent – and breakfast is truly something special. Sitting under the trees in the morning, enjoying breakfast in the shade, is a magical experience. The owners are also incredibly kind and caring, which makes the stay even more memorable.

Bari + nearby locations (Monopoli, Matera, Alberobello etc) provide a very good holiday based on tradition, good food and site seeing. Food is excellent and quite affordable. Had a couple of instances of arroganance from sales persons (cafeteria and restaurant) in Matera. Overall nice holiday.

Great little town.

Great little town. Nice restaurants, lively Centro Storico with music at night. Lots of walking. Mostly enjoyable. The marina is so nice too. We had a boat trip to Polignano a Mare scheduled but due to very windy conditions it was canceled. Our BnB rental was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it. It was a tiny room, tiny fridge, not worth the money. We couldn't even keep our suitcases open for easy access. So small. Plus in the description on Booking.com there were things listed that were just not true.. Also, the check-in situation was not good. The location was very good for access to enotecas, restaurants and the town center. Not good location for luggage being dragged through the streets of cobblestone to get there. And then the company that checks you in had us go to them, which was very inconvenient. It was extremely hot and our GPS wasn't accurate and they didn't even offer help. But, I would go back to Monopoli. Just not at Dimora Pietrabianca.

Polignano a Mare is a picturesque village on Puglias coast. Its great place for romantic evening walks in pairs or hanging out with friends. Thanks to good bus and train connections, its a good base for making trips to other interesting destinations in Puglia - for example Alberobello. In a case of beach, its little bit wild and rough - in a case of summer holiday where you want to spend most of your time on the beach and in sea, I will choose some more suitable destination in Puglia.

Gorgeous trulli house in a perfect location, just a short walk into the centre of town. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the restaurant and bar recommendations from the hosts were a lovely touch. Highly recommend staying here, and we’d happily come back next time we’re in Alberobello!

Beautiful little town. Not too busy. Hopefully this doesn’t change. Public transport wasn’t what was expected due to the construction of the train station but we managed to get around by local buses to Martina Franca, Cisternino and Alberobello.

We couldn’t find better place for our holiday! The apartment was located near the centre and beach. We love the atmosphere of this italian place. There was a train station nearby and we could travel around Apulia. We will come back on this place soon for sure!

Town is not suitable for tourists.

Town is not suitable for tourists. Narrow streets and pedestrian lanes, cars everywhere across both sides of the streets, no trees, just buildings and cars. No safe parking to leave car. There are garages, but not with 24/7 access

We wanted a place that is not a big city but still close to many attractions like Bari, Polignano a Mare, Matera, and Alberobello. Mola di Bari was perfect. It has a nice playground by the sea and many good restaurants. We enjoyed: * Raw Bar for breakfast * Al Bel Paese for excellent seafood * Pizzeria 70042 for very good pizza * Al Modò (Via Cristoforo Colombo 20) – a must‑try ice‑cream place

Bari is a great base for exploring other towns in the Puglia...

Bari is a great base for exploring other towns in the Puglia region, as the train station is conveniently located nearby. We also enjoyed spending time at San Francesco Beach, which was clean and relaxing. While Bari has its own charm, we found the city to be noticeably dirtier than some of the nearby towns, such as Monopoli. Overall, it's an excellent hub for day trips, even if other destinations in Puglia may be more picturesque.
