Everything was great! The stuff is extremely nice from reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar. The hotel is clean and has a nice rooftop terrace :)

The property is very nice, new, rooms are very clean and nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All the stay was very comfortable. It is very good place, near bus and train station, beach is near too. Everything can be reached by walking.

This was truly an unforgettable experience, in an unusual but authentic Trulli. The accomodation is spacious and clean and we could feel what it was like to be living in the Trulli.

The location is probably the best part of this hotel, because it is only a few minutes walk from the amazing trulli village, which makes everything very convenient. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, especially during the hot days, as it was a perfect place to cool down and relax. The hotel is clean, comfortable and a great choice for staying in Alberobello.

Quiet room, good location, they have parking. The breakfast is really good and the coffee is perfect.

The hotel has the best team and family management. They are very kind and accommodating.

Second visit as just 30 mins from ferry port. This time my sister was travelling with us. Staff very friendly and rooms were lovely. We were both given an ‘apartment’ each with a big balcony both sides and a great view from the fourth floor. Dinner was lovely and tried a variety of dishes. Again the waiting staff were very friendly and we enjoyed some ‘banter’ at the end. Breakfast was plentiful and plenty to choose from.

Perfect location if you want to see Polignano amare, Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo and Matera. All the top sights in Puglia are near by. The hosts were very nice and warm. The room was very clean and they make up it every day. We are absolutely happy with our stay!!!!

Location was fabulous, (5 min walk from the Train Station), welcoming staff and very helpful. Bari is a great place to base for Puglia, and Hotel Costa was an older property, but it was very clean and had a lift !! Nothing was a trouble for any of the Staff, and I would be happy to stay here again !

very good geografical situation, easy to commute to6from airport, near to Central Station and close to the Old Town, tidy, nice and silent staying, very helpful and nice hotel staff, good and abbundant breakfast

From the minute we arrived, we were treated so well. We were able to have a delicious late dinner at the hotel restaurant which was a bonus. Breakfasts were always good with excellent service. It has to be said that ALL of the staff in every setting eg receptions, restaurant etc were professional, respectful and a pleasure to deal with.

Very good dinner one night in hotel restaurant with friends. Bar and reception staff very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is located in its own grounds and felt very safe. Easy flat walk to main railway station and historic centre. Wide selection of cafes and restaurants in the old town area of Bari. We like Mercure hotels but this is one of the best!
