This is the second year I've travelled through Puglia on bikes with my family. Once again, we stayed at the beautiful Relais Santa Rosa, where the owner family gave us a warm welcome. The Santa Rosa is a beautiful, renovated palazzo in the middle of the historic town centre of Noci. The rooms are impressively designed and have high ceilings. Quiet, cool nights await guests. Coffee table books are laid out in the lobby and reception. The breakfast buffet is extensive. I can only say again: thank you very much, also for the fact that we were able to store our bicycles again. There is much more to mention, such as the kindness of the owners in giving me a book and sending it home to me. Thank you for that and see you again next year!

I stayed here for more than 2 weeks and I enjoyed the hospitality and kindness of the family that runs the hotel. Good kitchen, I loved the meals I had there. Slept very well. The room was silent, dark and cool at night, the bed exactly right for me. They were very flexible and happy to cater my breakfast and dinner wishes.

The trullo is very clean and spacious. It has everything you need. The best part is of course the pool where you can chill after a long hot summer day. The host is very attentive, kind and goes above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything.....this location is extraordinary, a piece pf heaven, it is sooooo quite that you can hear your own thoughts 😊. The room and the bathroom were very clean. At breakfast we found among others some very good homemade sweets. Very nice garden and pool area.....there were days we had the pool just for ourselfs. City center reachable by car in a few minutes (the location can be easily reached using Google maps).

We stayed in one of the trulli and it was gorgeous. We had a four poster bed under the high trulli ceiling and even the bathroom had a conical trullo ceiling. The gardens were beautiful- we had a pomegranate tree right outside our door - and the pool was very large with plenty of sun loungers. Excellent and varied breakfast, and kind and friendly hosts. Highly recommend as a base for visiting the Itria valley.

We had an excellent stay in Noci, and Dimora Intini made the experience even more special. The staff were outstanding — friendly, kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Noci is a beautiful and authentic town, with a stunning old centre, wonderful traditional Puglian food, and a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. It is also perfectly located, very close to famous places such as Alberobello and Ostuni. A truly memorable stay in the heart of Puglia. Highly recommended.

From the newly remodeled facilities that stayed true to the Pugliese identity, to the delicious home-cooked meals and the privileged location in the heart of Puglia—close to all the must-see towns, yet set in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere away from the tourist hustle. Pasquale and Tattiana were the perfect hosts, attentively catering to all our needs and always ready with great recommendations and help with reservations. A truly authentic Puglian gem.

We absolutely loved the premises. The guest house is very comfortable, beautifully arranged, new, clean and well equipped. The true addition to the amazing experience we had as a family of 4 were the owners of this property. Tina is super considerate, provides highest level of hospitality, brings home made sweet breakfast every morning which you can enjoy sitting outside with a lovely field view. We were truly impressed by this place and highly recommend to everyone willing to spend relaxing days in Puglia.

The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. They made you feel very welcome and cared for and I greatly appreciated how well they spoke English. Thank you! The size of the suite was incredible and the artwork on the ceilings was amazing. Overlooking the weekly market in Noci and the festival was an added special bonus!
