My hostess, Franca, was simply wonderful. Everything was perfectly organized. Franca was thoughtful and extremely helpful. I had a hard day of motorcycle riding, so having everything prepared was a huge relief. The bed was comfortable, and the presented kitchen amenities were a welcoming site. Responsive owner. Big house with a nice porch outside, very good position just outside Montecchio, parking spot. Nice for families staying for longer than a night I suppose.

Property had lovely wooden beams and was very comfortable and had all the facilities you needed. Loved the stone building. Definitely recommend !! And the host Antonio was amazing. We had a difficult situation our mother was rushed to hospital in ovieto , as Antonio spoke English he helped us with the translation! Above and beyond an amazing gentleman. Umbria is the pearl of Italy. Le Macchie offers excellent conditions for both on-site recreation and exploring the region's historical and cultural sites. The conditions are exactly as described. I would especially like to note the cleanliness and order in the rooms, the pool and the recreation area.The quality of water in the pools is monitored daily.The hosts are very hospitable and friendly. Every day Roberto treats guests with seasonal products (fruits, vegetables) from own farm. Do not miss opportunity to try he's yellow water melon! We sincerely thank Adalina and Roberto for the comfort, coziness and home warmth. We dream of visiting Le Macchie again.
