It was a privilege to stay in this amazing brand new house which is very well designed. Also the location close to some beautiful towns and the riviera del conero is very good. The pool and the views from the pool are awesome. Melanie is a great host and we felt very welcome. We would definitely recommend to stay at B&B passa tempo.

A charming B&B run by the owners who have turned this beautiful house into a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Absolutely spotless clean room with a very "mild" aircondition cooling without feeling cold wind or draft. The bed was very good and matched with a bathroom that was looking brand new the room is perfect. Also nice there are outlets to charge phone and laptop. The pool is located with a nice view over the impressive Marche landscape. A nice idea is the pool house where you can prepare a snack or drink. What makes the differences to me is the owners. Very friendly and welcoming. Relaxed and caring preparing a tasty breakfast with home made jams, local meats and cheeses or eggs of your choice. We spent much longer at breakfast that normal due to the nice interaction with owners and guests. So if you want to enjoy a calm and relaxed vacation this a perfect spot to relax and visit the beautiful towns in the area. Certainly a B&B to save and revisit for a longer stay. Parking is save and directly near the house.

The room was immaculate and modern ,we had a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful marche countryside and a sea view to match the breakfast was plenty and varied and the hosts were very kind and helpful could have stayed a few more days but we were on a travel schedule would definitely come again if we were in the area as the hotel was very central for the town and seaside

A beautiful new property with lovely plantings in very pretty countryside at the top of a hill. We had a comfortable room with a super bed, table and chairs and good lighting : a nice shower & sink with a separate toilet and bidet. There is an efficient A/C in the room, a small table & 2 chairs just outside. Breakfast can be eaten inside or by the pool and there was a good selection of cold meats, cheeses, bread. cakes, cereals, fruit & juices available. The staff is very amiable and helpful. Sadly their restaurant (about a 10 minute walk away on a country road) was closed when we were there so we’ll happily return to the Relais again just to try it!
