Montevarchi is a small town with a handful of restaurants.
Montevarchi is a small town with a handful of restaurants. The location and The train station is excellent for travelling to other towns. Florence is only 45 minutes by train and the station parking is free.

The apartment looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. There is a farmers market nearby with fresh produce. The city is in a great location, we visited two/three cities every day and I recommend that you drive on the surrounding roads and avoid the highway because Tuscany is beautiful!
If you are hungry after your trip, I recommend a restaurant Le Mura del cassero that is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

Massimo, Andrea and Gian Marco were extremely helpful and friendly and gave us excellent suggestions for the region. The hotel is situated high up on the mountain off the beaten track from Montevarchi with stunning views and only an hours drive to Siena and 1.5hrs to Bagni San Filippo. The hotel itself is a beautiful boutique hotel with great facilities and the cutest hotel dog!

The accommodation is very easy to access, communication was very clear and simple on WhatsApp.
We were able to leave bags very early before check in which was much appreciated.
The room was very modern and clean. It is up 1.5 levels of wide stairs.
The bathroom was modern and clean.
Quiet considering it was very near a square with bars and cafes.

Everything was great during our stay. From the friendly staff at the reception to the very clean rooms and excellent breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel may not be equipped with the most modern amenities, but the traditional interior adds a charming touch, typical of an Italian old hotel. I would definitely recommend it!
