MaltaWOW is an understatement. So comfortable and the owner's attentiveness is as exceptional as his assistance. We arrived at midnight and he was waiting for us. He was also available for a very early breakfast. The rooms were also exceptional.

The region (Barbagia) is a paradise for outdoors activities---hiking, climbing, trail running, spelunking, mountain biking. Moreover, one of the most beautiful sections of the Sardinian coast (the Orosei gulf) is only a half hour drive away, with great opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and sea kayaking The city is small, quiet, and very safe with excellent food. Moreover, its rich cultural tradition (Nuoro officially calls itself "The Athens of Sardinia") offers several options such as museum and exhibitions focused on the local history and culture.

This is not really a tourist town, but it's a great location...
This is not really a tourist town, but it's a great location with good access to explore. It seems a quiet town. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. We pulled over to the side of the road to take a few photos and people stopped to ask if we were ok.

Beautiful place with lovely people.
Beautiful place with lovely people. I felt safer than other cities I have visited. But obviously, you can never be too cautious. I would definitely recommend learning Italian for a while before visiting though because the locals don't speak much English and it makes it easier for everyone!

Modern, spacious and secure accommodation in central Nuoro. Excellent access to shops, restaurants and bars, and very quiet and comfortable.
We were surprised by how big the room was when we arrived - it's huge, with a generously sized bathroom too.
Great selection at breakfast, with friendly, attentive service.
All in all, a lovely few days' stay in Nuoro. We highly recommend a visit to nearby Oliena while you're there.

La Casa Di Boz is tucked away at the top of the hill overlooking Nuoro, a beautiful location with a beautiful atmosphere. Paulo is a kind, sweet and charming man, happy to regale you with stories, whilst you sample the delicious Italian-style breakfast, and make you want to share your own stories too. The room is comfy beyond belief, with a shower that makes you regretful of leaving it.

Hotel located conveniently close to central streets with easy parking. Nice staff. Clean hotel. Check in and out timings as anounced are a bit extteme 16.00 in 10.00 out. But we arrived at 13.00 and were checked in witjout issues. Aircon was good. Breakfast was ok.

The place was beautiful and our host was wonderful. He was very patient with our bad Italian and provided an amazing service. Great coffee and breakfast. The view from the BnB is stunning We will be back if we're ever in Nuoro again
